I applied for pan with application number N[protected] however, after completing the payment no form was displayed, regeneration of application keeps failing and adhar verification cannot be completed. kindly refund the charges paid by me as fee towards the same, which amount to Rs 107 only.

      It is coming for 5 days in uti pan track status and when i search tacking consignment number in india post website which is given in uti pan track status it is coming that consignment details are not found.please process and deliver soon my pan card only through UTITSL only.

        I applied for PAN card correction on 1st November 2021 using Aadhaar based e-KYC option. I filled in all the details and then made a payment of Rs 106.90 which was debited from my account but then I got an error and didn't get an acknowledgement number. Now I don't know if the correction will be made or if the application was even successful, so I'd appreciate if I can get some information regarding this incident.

          1. Name mismatch between ITD Data and Application Data - Please refer my Aadhaar card copy ( attached herewith) as an additional proof for the correct name and update the PAN accordingly . So please consider the Application data as correct source and proceed further
          2. Reg - Father name mismatch between ITD Data and Application data as the application was requiring mandatorily the last name of my father, i need to fill up the last name ( which was not there when the original PAN appln was done long time) . so please consider the Application data as the correct source and process further.

              I applied for the Pan correction and paid the amount of Rs.107 through netbanking vide coupon no.Q[protected]. The payment deducted from our end and now the showing status coupon not found. So that applying for the refund. Here with attached bank statement for your reference.

                              आप को सूचित किया जाता है हमने एक पैन कार्ड में करेक्शन के UTI LTD में DT 22/07/2021 APPLY किया था
                              लेकिन अभी तक कोई जवाब नही मिला, पूछने पर नो तो पैसा वापस करते है और ना ही पैन कार्ड भेज
                              रहे है
                              कई बार COMPLAIN MAIL के द्वारा और फ़ोन द्वारा किया, कोई नही सुनता है

                                I got my pan card by mail on next day after applying it and the given information is your pan is not valid until you sign it physically and also when I'm applying for open my new bank account It showing pan number is not valid so i try to check my pan online but it showing no record found for the given data of birth of month and year in our itd data base.

                                    But, i could not receive any redemption cheques or any information.
