I am a widow of an ex service men. To renew my health card i want pan card so iapplied it on akshaya centere pathanadu kangazha., kottayam dist kerala on 11/10/2017 (Coupon no n[protected]. But not yet received my pan card and there is no satisfactory reply from the akshaya authorities. So please take immediate step to get my pan card as early as possible
