Uti Infrastructure Technology & Services Limited [Utiitsl] — pan card status not getting updated

I have applied the pan card online and sent physical documents to utiitsl, chennai and it was successfully delivered on 12th july, 2018 but in the uti website still it displays below message

Application coupon number u - n (*)
Application type for new pan card (Form 49a) as a resident indian
Applicant name balkhis parveen shaik
Status your application in original (With physical documents) is not received yet. Verify with our utiitsl office at the address to which you have posted/submitted this physical application set.

I tried calling the numbers mentioned in the website but it is always busy and some times it connects but no one will receive the call. I also sent e-mail to
Isw. [protected]@utiitsl.com but didn't get any response.

There is no transparency in uti, last time applied pan on nsdl and they
Updated the status on time on their website.

Please reply how to contact uti and know the latest status.
