I applied for a new PAN card on your website on 15/10/2026. I paid the application fee of Rs. 106.90 through [UPI], and the amount was debited from my bank account on 15/10/2026 at 6:59 PM.

After the payment, the website showed a rejection page saying my request was rejected. My application did not go through and no PAN has been issued.

Date of payment: 15/10/2026
Amount deducted: Rs. 106.90

I request a full refund of the fee to the same account I paid from, or confirmation that the amount will be adjusted against my application. Please also tell me the reason for the rejection so I can correct it and apply again.

I have not received any refund or response so far.
