    I am ABHAY CHAUDHARY from silvassa . I write this letter to warn you that while I am applying for PAN CARD online and at the moment of payment .
    I paid by my UPI date:14/08/23. time. 14:52:11 .but there is error on your site & at that instant the amount of Rs106.90 was dedected from my bank account .
    there is nothing proof of my form application at your site..
    AS A STUDENT I HAVE NO REGULAR INCOME ...SO YOU THINK HOW I FEEL WHEN MY SMALL AMOUNT WAS DEDUCTED UNNESSAARYLY .
    PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, OTHERWISE I TAKE A HARSH ACTION AGAINST YOUR PORTFOLIO OR YOUR COMPANY .

        Payment deducted but refund not received

        Dear Sir
        I have made payment for my Pan application on 26 July 2023 at 8:43 Pm.
        Payment was successful amount also debited from my Bank account but transaction was faild to my Pan application form vide application no -N[protected]. Please refund the PanCard application fee as soon as possible. Screenshot attached below.

          I started filling my PAN card application on the website pan.utiitsl.com with reference no. VA[protected]. After I completed filling all the details and submitted the application I went forward to make the payment, after I made the payment, I received no confirmation of application submission, no acknowledgement number and no payment confirmation on the website, I received no message on my phone neither an e-mail, moreover the website got redirected to the login page where it asks for the application/reference. and phone no. with a captcha to login. When I did login it took me to the initial application filling page.

Please apply PAN application through physical submission mode. When I tried doing the same it's asking for the payment again.

              I would request for the refund of my payment as soon as possible as the service that I request was not delivered.

                Pan card correction application payment problem

                I want to correct my name in existing pan card so, applied in utiitsl website.After that i made pay using billdesk i.e.utiitsl.[protected]@hdfcbank.Ibdid not received acknowledgement number but my amount is deducted.when i checked the status of my pan correction, it shows your payment against is not yet made or visit utiitsl office.I also have proof this above transaction.

                      Car HSRP plate for Dl No

                      I have call from [protected] named George Mathew RTO agent and he asked me for RC and aadhar card and demanded 1500/- for HSRP plate of my veh on 31 Mar 23. I send the money with my doc, he has told me that it will take 10 days to dispatch your HSRP plate but almost 1 month gone and he did nothing and now he block my call, no response always saying that I will call you.
                      He is a fraud....
