Uti Infrastructure Technology & Services Limited [Utiitsl] — payment made but status is showing payment under verification

I had made payment to pan application no : a[protected], through my csc id. Payment is debited from my account, but status is showing "application payment is under verification, payment is not received as per utiitsl records". I contact the utiitsl customer care, they ask me to send the mail, i had sent the mail, but there is no response, again i called to customer care after two days, they said me to wait till update, and we dont know how many days it will took for rectify
