Uti Infrastructure Technology & Services Limited [Utiitsl] — Refund not processed for PAN application due to non-submission of physical documents

I applied for a PAN card correction through UTI Infrastructure Technology and Services Limited(UTIITSL) and paid the prescribed application fee. However, due to unavoidable reasons, I was unable to submit the required physical documents within the stipulated time and location is far to my hometown.
I request the concerned company to kindly process and refund the amount paid by me at the earliest.
