I AM JAGAT NARAYAN KESARWANI and i have applied on-line PAN for a new pan change /correction vide in the ref1. 09 June 2025 for application number Q01******10 -bill to Uti Infrastructure Technology & Services Limited [Utiitsl] cited i have paid Rs. 107/- by using my HDFC Net Banking Account cum Online payment on 09 June 2025.

After make payment, there were some errors came in your web Site and after that NO payment details or Application payment successful is NOT showing in your website.

But from HDFC account Amount of Rs 107 was deducted and NO refund or Process was completed on your website.

I need to refund of my Amount Rs 107 in my Bank account HDFC Bank as soon as possible. As my Application Q01******10 number Is pending.

Please refund my Amount as soon as possible.
