Sir I have filed a application of PAN through UTI acknowledgement no. Is U-G[protected] name is kumari komal. The online status shows that Pan is alloted to me and dispatchd vide consignment no.RM[protected]IN . But when I trying to track this it is shows that parcle is delivered on 25.11.2016 how it is possible I filed my application on 04.01.2017 I think UTI cheats me. So help me
