UTI — uid number

I have applied to update my date of birth in my pan card vide ack no.[protected] dt.22.12.2017 bu till date i have not received any reply. On verification we find that it was held up due to" uid number not in uidai master, please inform me how to rectify the same immediatelt and i also called[protected], 01, 02, 06 but
