I have applied for pan card.it is needed urgently .i am facing problems due to unavailability of my pan card.when i applied for my pan card i got the pan number so i have my pan no.my pan no is-FLZPK3217C .I didnt receive my pan card.i checked the status then it was returned to mumbai office.my address was correct-RAJIV NAGAR, MITHILA COLONY, NEAR FIRST SHIV MANDIR, ROAD NO-14, 4TH FLOOR, C/O CHANDRABALI JHA, PATNA-800024 PATNA, BIHAR.sir please again send it.i will be thankful to you for this. With reference to above cited subject, I would like to inform you that I have applied for new PAN card Application Coupon No U - A[protected] PAN CARD was issued to me and PAN is allotted to me as [ JZDPS1959H ] But due to some problem, PAN CARD was returned to Mumbai office. By post Department. So I request to you to please kindly return such PAN to my same address.
