I inquired for maid services from just dial and received a call from a lady named Krishna Sharma who said she is from A.G Domestic Agency. She was well spoken and had convinced me for providing wonderful maid. As i am a working lady, i asked her to drop the maid at my home. She asked for 22k as commission and 3k per month as maid's salary which was reasonable for me as compared to the current market rates. I got ready for the same. His agent with the maid visited my place, gave me contract papers, visiting card and took 25k from me(comm+1 month's salary in adv). Maid was really good and started working on her own in my house. Soon after the agent left, within one hour maid disappeared from my house. She actually ran away. When i called the agency, Krishna still has audacity to answer my calls and ensured that she will make the situation better within an hour. She was in touch with me for an hour and post then her phone became unreachable.

Just Dial has a company registered with the same name but when i called the number mentioned on the site, they said that this agency has been closed for 6 months now.

I dont understand why a renowned company like just dial pass on our cell numbers to fraudsters. It has become miserable for working people to look for reliable maid. Other so called reliable agencies charged 8-15 k which is way beyond our pocket. SO DELHI-ITES please be cautious of these fraud maid agencies and take maid from some registered agencies only.(Though i have no clue, which all are registered agencies)
