Uts Application — Didn't recieve any ticket and refund as well as TC charged me for it

I booked a ticket on Saturday 3 June. Money deducted from my account but i didn't receive any ticket. So i waited for it and on monday I still didn't receive my Money so I thought ticket will get updated but it didn't happen and TC caught me at station. I tried explaining my situation to him and showed him my money got deducted and all the information but he but he didn't even listen to me, and charged me for it . I tried explaning with messages that i recieved from UTS app and my transaction but he didn't even understand what transaction details and all.
He was asking me to show stations name in transaction details 🙂 wow ...
I don't even have words now.
What am i supposed to do now i don't even get any refund as well as they charged me for it. One monthly pass costed me 3 months of money... Just wow
