Didn't recieve any ticket and refund as well as TC charged me for it

I booked a ticket on Saturday 3 June. Money deducted from my account but i didn't receive any ticket. So i waited for it and on monday I still didn't receive my Money so I thought ticket will get updated but it didn't happen and TC caught me at station. I tried explaining my situation to him and showed him my money got deducted and all the information but he but he didn't even listen to me, and charged me for it . I tried explaning with messages...

Amount deducted but pass not generated

Amount got deducted from my bank account but pass didn't got generated. Complaint registered through UTS helpline number with the reference number[protected]

ticket not received

Today I Booked Ticket and in booking history its reflected with time stamp under UTS number - X06XCDR00B, however still the ticket not received. Please and take necessary action on priority, in case of failure, debited amount needs to be credit on immediate basis, otherwise till the funds received, i will travel as it is without investing more money in railway ticket and In case of success, Please release ticket on booked ticket column to...

money got debited from hdfc debit card but season ticket is not renewed

Hi team,

Today i requested in uts application to get my season ticket to be renewed as my current ticket is going to be expired on 24 mar'18. So all the process was working in flow from renew request to payment. Once payment got completed, i have faced an error that "session timeout. Please try after sometime" but got deducted from my account. So please help to get this addressed on priority please.

money got debited from hdfc gift card but not credited to r wallet

Dear team,

I have done a recharge in r-wallet on 22 feb'18 of rs. 400/-. And the money has been debited from that card but money is not reflecting in r-wallet. For which i have taken several follow-ups with support team o[censored]ts application but no response.
