UTS Global — Distance education - cheating-not issuing refund - bad service - threatening - no response | |||||
They are cheating in the name of Jaipur National university. they are not issuing any refund when i requested due to their bad services. They are challenging me to go legally to get the refund. Staffs are just worst part. They said they will dispatch the study material very soon after the payment of fees and they assured me that it will reach me within 10-15 days . But even after 1 to 1-1/2 months of waiting still I have not yet received my study materials. So I requested them complete refund and cancel the course.But they said that they don't have any provision to cancel and refund. Also when ever i contact them they are asking me for reasons for the cancellation of the course. Was this information helpful? | |||||
