UTS Global — Took the fees and not responding

Hi my self — . I took admission in jaipur national university from uts global in mba. Actually at the starting time they asked me to pay full amount within a week to pocess the admission and they said cancelled admissions are there. So, immediate admission need ot b ejoined. As i thought to do the course i joined by paying rs.31, 000. After paying the amount they said you will get books within 1 week. I joined on dec 13th, till now i didnt get books. I called so many times to the counsellor but they are not responding. Also, i have seen many reviews in various sites that its fraud and so many lost their money.
