Hi i m Ankita sharma on 18 jan 2016 i ordered a black suit .I received order but its quality is very cheap and worst so i raise a return request on same day but uttam vastra not arrange a pickup. After some days i return my order by trackon courier company with traking no.[protected] on 14th march the article delivered on17th of march @uttam vastra warehouse. Order no #168045 But till date I don't received any refund. I have already send them the information of NEFT. they always told me we will send your refund in 5 days. but i dont received yet. I think this company is spam. Forgery company... please don't buy any things from this company.This company is fake. Several time i call in their call center every person told different things..Pls take some action about this company.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Apr 2, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved i think u should to cancel the license of this fake website.or force them to refund all the clients money.. Uttam Vastra customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
