[Resolved] Uttamvastra.com — I have complaint against uttam vastra rrregarding refund money | |||||
I have purchased online dress material from Uttam Vastra the order no is 105585 0f rs 799 cash on delivery on 29/Dec/2015.I received the product, but the quality was too bad.I discussed with the Uttam Vastra customer care executive and said to return the dress material and submit the refund form at their site, but after long time about 3months on 15/march/2016 the courier returned back my dress material.I called them again, I have confirmed my dress material is there by their executive. And a person named RAVI PATEL send me a mail containing uttam Vastra refund form.I filled it with my a/c details and send him after this I have contacted through mail but they didn't given any reply.I called my times, but continuously customer care no is going engage and other no is going switch off customer care no is [protected]/[protected].I think they have blocked my phone number and at their official site my email I'd shown invalid and order no 105585 not found. I can't logging my Uttam Vastra official account and track my order.I don't know how to reach them.Pls help me to get my money back.I think this is such a fraud site, and take some strict action against him and teach them so that they don't cheat people.
