As you have received a different product and material is not up to the mark, we can arrange a return pickup of your product and once your product reaches our store, we will issue a refund of the amount you have paid for your product.

For this, we require the below mentioned details

1) Photo o[censored]ttamvastra Invoice
2) Photo of Courier Delivery Invoice
3) Photo of your Product
4) Photo of your Bank Passbook

In case if reverse pickup is not done within 7-10 business days, we request you to “Self Return” your product to us (via any postal / courier services) on the below given address and we will issue a refund in your bank account for a Maximum of Rs. 100 per product towards the Self Return charges.
