Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank — delay in payment of inward remittances

Dear sir/madam,
My self mr. Arun chandra choudhary holding bank account at machaitha branch in darbhanga district. My a/c number is [protected] and branch ifsc number cbinor10001. I have open this account in the month of may'18 with help of mr. Sambhu who is bank staff of your machaitha branch. He have open my account and given passbook but not given checkbook and debit card. I have deposited sum of rs. 706000/- the time of opening account.

Sir recently i have got brain stroke and my left hand side body is paralyzed. Now i am not able move from my bed. Now my treatment is happening at secunderabad apollo hospital and i am staying with my son who taking care of my health and expenses. But we need money for my better treatment and i dont have cheque book and debit card to withdraw money from this account.

I have spoke machaitha branch manager over the phone (Mob no:- [protected]) and requested him to transfer my money some of rs. 700000/- to my son ashish choudhary bank account. And he suggested me to send a letter with my signature and doctor certificate along with id proof mine and my son and details of my son account number so we can transfer money to his account. I have sent required details by post which he received.

After receiving my letter he have not transfer money and suggested that to send my son ashish choudhary to darbhanga ubgb to speak rm. Then i have send my son last month on 5th november and he met mr. N. K. Madhu who arm of the branch. And one staff from machaitha branch mr. Sambhu came for this discussion and to show my written letter with required proof, my son shown all medical files and my letter and doctor certificate to arm and he spoke with me over the phone and he assured me over the phone that all document is clear, do not worry i will tell branch manger to transfer money with immediate effect. He have given order to mr. Sambhu to do the needful with immediate effect and mr. N. K. Madhu given his mobile number (Mob no:- [protected]/[protected]) to my son and said if money is not transferred then give me call. And next day my son came back to hyderabad.

Almost 25 days is over but still they have not transfer money. I have call to machaitha branch manger to check. He said he want in written from arm to transfer the money. Then i have call arm mr. N. K. Madhu he said i will give him letter dont worry you will get it. But no one is helping me in this critical problem.

Now i am at hyderabd and i cannot move from bed and i am helpless now i need money for my treatment but your bank is not giving my money in this critical time. My son ashish choudhary who is nominee of this account. I have send my brother mr. Rajeev choudhary who saty at kurson nadyami village, to machaitha branch then also he denied to transfer.

Since one and half month we are struggling to get my money for my further treatment but your bank is making me suffer in this critical time.
