    I transfered money on 01/06/2022 in central bank of india uttar bihar gramin bank muzzafarpur branch but still amount is not credited in said account...nobody is replying in bank on phone also and on email also...plz solve my querries fast...its very urgent

I have complained against it on my branch but i didn't get proper solution from bank manngeer. I have complain against it but still it's not reflect in my account.

            मेरा ubgb मे kisan credit card है
            लेकिन पासबुक खो गया है.
            मेरे पास पुरना पासबुक है लेकिन पुरान पासबुक से पैसा withdraw नहीं करने दिया जा रहे है
            तो मेने उन्हे बताये की अभि खरीफ फसल ka मौसम है आप मुझे पैसा withdraw कर दो
            नहीं तो मुझे नया पासबुक बना दो
            तो bank मैनेज sir ने कहा lockdown मे पासबुक नहीं बनेगा
            मेने कहा sir मुझे पुरना पासबुक पर पैसा withdraw कर दो फिर भी उन्होंने मना कर दिया
            मेने उन्हे बातये sir या kisan credit card है
            अभि फसल की बुआई स्टार्ट हो चुकी है फिर भी उन्होने मना कर दिया
            प्रधानमंत्री जी किसान के लिये क्या कुछ नहीं करना चाहते है परन्तु सरकार के नीच बैठे अफसर काम नहीं कर देते है
            आप से निवेदन है की आप पैसे withdraw करने की कृपा कर. नहीं तो खरीफ फसल की बुआई नहीं हो पायेगी

              My uncle who is a poor man lives in a village took loan from uttar bihar gramin bank before 5/6 years, he has paid all the money back even more than what he owed to the bank, this has been accepted by bank managers and rm in the consumer forum court has judge instructed bank to give him noc, but bank people are ignorant and they have made some mistake initially which i suppose is keeping them in denial mode and reluctant towards him, meanwhile i have some point to mention

              1) even if the bank provides him with noc who will pay for his suffering/frustration/anxiety/depression etc..

              2) who will be responsible for his bad civil score which is being bad because o[censored]ttar bihar gramin bank people?

              3) how a bank can refuse orders of a judge/court though they accepted in front of the court so many times about their mistakes

              4) i have made a complaint on the ubgb grievance portal about which they have no concern.? How ignorant they can be?

              5) how poor people will survive these monsters?

                Dear sir, my account number is [protected] at uttar bihar gramin bank, bariyarpur, rajapakar, muzaffarpur, bihar, pin code - 843102. Account holder's name is himanshu ranjan, father's name is shiv kumar srivastava. the complaints are (1) i am unable to get balance and deposit details. (2) i am unable to get pmjjby activation or deactivation status. (3) i am not getting any sms on my mobile number although i filled the form for it.
                When i contacted to vijay kumar (Bp), he is denying to help me. Many times i gave him rs1000 to deposit in my account without any slip or conformation. Yet not confirmed, where is the money?

                Well, my requests to you-please allow the bank to issue my passbook, please update my mobile number i. E. [protected] to get the sms related to my account activities. card images are attached.

                    I Shivam Kumar, I have already made full payment of education loan in March 19 but yet to receive noc from bank. Bank officials are delaying as there is more than 28000 credit balance showing in loan account. They are not ready to pay that cr balance to me and also I am not getting interest of my credit balance. In Jan'19 amount 27670 credited in my account as MOC and this narration bank officials are not getting. Bank officials are telling me that they can provide me noc after deducting that 27670 balance manually from my account because they are not getting that entry and if they are not competent enough to understand the entries in account then how they are at that position.

                    So my concern is why will they deduct manually that money( moc- 27670) from my account which is mine ?
                    And when will they give me noc after adjusting the credit balance of the loan account

                      Above i have shared my account details, please check on your system i have submitted my loan every month 5000/6000 every month. But matter is that without any prior notice they sent me case copy at my home. It's manager power can do anything with normal people. Sir plz check my details. You should call on my father number or me for extra amount. But yesterday i have received. Its showing about your product and non senceable work. You taking interest and i have submitted amount if i am submitted less amount in future i have to give interest then why he sent me case copy.                         My self mr. Arun chandra choudhary holding bank account at machaitha branch in darbhanga district. My a/c number is [protected] and branch ifsc number cbinor10001. I have open this account in the month of may'18 with help of mr. Sambhu who is bank staff of your machaitha branch. He have open my account and given passbook but not given checkbook and debit card. I have deposited sum of rs. 706000/- the time of opening account.

                        Sir recently i have got brain stroke and my left hand side body is paralyzed. Now i am not able move from my bed. Now my treatment is happening at secunderabad apollo hospital and i am staying with my son who taking care of my health and expenses. But we need money for my better treatment and i dont have cheque book and debit card to withdraw money from this account.

                        I have spoke machaitha branch manager over the phone (Mob no:- [protected]) and requested him to transfer my money some of rs. 700000/- to my son ashish choudhary bank account. And he suggested me to send a letter with my signature and doctor certificate along with id proof mine and my son and details of my son account number so we can transfer money to his account. I have sent required details by post which he received.

                        After receiving my letter he have not transfer money and suggested that to send my son ashish choudhary to darbhanga ubgb to speak rm. Then i have send my son last month on 5th november and he met mr. N. K. Madhu who arm of the branch. And one staff from machaitha branch mr. Sambhu came for this discussion and to show my written letter with required proof, my son shown all medical files and my letter and doctor certificate to arm and he spoke with me over the phone and he assured me over the phone that all document is clear, do not worry i will tell branch manger to transfer money with immediate effect. He have given order to mr. Sambhu to do the needful with immediate effect and mr. N. K. Madhu given his mobile number (Mob no:- [protected]/[protected]) to my son and said if money is not transferred then give me call. And next day my son came back to hyderabad.

                        Almost 25 days is over but still they have not transfer money. I have call to machaitha branch manger to check. He said he want in written from arm to transfer the money. Then i have call arm mr. N. K. Madhu he said i will give him letter dont worry you will get it. But no one is helping me in this critical problem.

                        Now i am at hyderabd and i cannot move from bed and i am helpless now i need money for my treatment but your bank is not giving my money in this critical time. My son ashish choudhary who is nominee of this account. I have send my brother mr. Rajeev choudhary who saty at kurson nadyami village, to machaitha branch then also he denied to transfer.

                        Since one and half month we are struggling to get my money for my further treatment but your bank is making me suffer in this critical time.

                        Request you to please look in to the issue and do the needful asap. For any further support or information please do call on mobile number [protected]/[protected].

                              1mahina ho gaya utar bihar gramin bank me kcc loan ke liye aply kiye par bank koi response hi na le raha hai. Apply karne ke liye pehle to mahino daurne ke bad bhi form nahi diye. Wo aply bhi camp laga tha kcc ka blok marwan me. Waha se kiya tha. Koi karan bhi batate maneger ki hoga ki nahi.

                                With due respect i want to say that i took education loan(4 Lakhs) from uttar bihar gramin year for BE course[protected] . But as policy government gives subsidy til 1 year of completion of course. but in my case i didn't get any subsidy for financial year[protected].I already raised a request 2 months back but i am not getting response.So, please take it in priority and provide the subsidy as soon as possible. So, i can clear the remaining amount.you can find the attachment for the same.

                                    Mera saving account uttar bihar gramin bank, jaanpool chowk motihari me hai us account k atm card se main 18/12/2017 ko morning me 9.20.57 sec par zila school k samne khan traders k campus sthit state bank k atm se 10000.00 nikasi kar raha thi acchnak se electric supply band ho gai jis karan mujhe paisa nahi mil paya aur mere account se paisa nikal gya aur mujhe mobile pe massage aa gya. Maine uttar bihar gramin bank ko likhit application v diya lekin mujhe mera paisa mere account me nahi mila.
                                    Sir kisi v atm machine me ups laga hota hai ki electric supply disturb hone pe backup le sake transection adhura nahi ho par us atm machine me ups lambe time se kharab hai jo mujhe baad me jaankari hui. Main state bank v gya but mujhe mera paisa nahi mila.
                                    Sir pls. Jo uchit ho nayaye kijiye taaki public ka faith consumer form pe bana rahe.

                                          My brother wants to be opened an SB account in Uttar Bihar Gramin bank Udaypur Bithuar 847231 DP CODE 1081
                                          But bankers ignore him. initially he was hassled four to five days for a form than they gave a form but when he went to submit filled form, they ignored to receive it and the manager said there is no room to submit the form there is always lots of account in my branch. But sir they do not want to receive the form intentionally, than I was lodged grievance on Indian Consumer Forum and respond came from where that you can go to the branch and submit your form but when he went to branch they ignore and said we can’t receive your form right now. This process has been running approximately for fifteen days.
                                          Sir he is to need to open an account because he wants to avail scholarship.

                                            But bankers ignore him initially he hassled four to five days for a form than they gave a form but when he went to submit filled form, they ignored to receive it and the manager said there is no room to submit the form there is always lots of account in my branch. But sir they do not want to receive the form intentionally. Because they closes the branch premises before banking hour.
                                            This process has been running approximately for ten days.
                                            Sir we need to open a account because he will availed scholarship.

                                              When i go into bank on 29/05/17for account opening of my niece then bank staff tell me its pan card where is then i tell, now my niece is seven years old how many year old person pan card is allowed, then bank staff tell me are you collector whom whom i say you, you can go now form not available you come after 5/6/17 then i go into bank on 7th june 2017 then bank staff tell me staff not available for account opening. Then i tell to the staff i lodge a complain about you and your branch then bank staff thread me yes you can go and, where you want to complain done about me.

                                              Sir please read the complain and help me and inquiry the branch for this type behave from all customer regularlly by uttar bihar gramin bank staff.

                                                I am customer o[censored]ttar bihar gramin bank past known as koshi kshatirya gramin bank branch located at kumarkhand, madhepura. Bank have already given kcc loan of amount 85000/ issued on[protected]. After that our region fully affected by flood august 2008 and lost all agrigulture, after some months got oral update from bank employee goverment have cleared the kcc. After 2 year when i checked the account to apply another loan but bank denied and said you have to pay previous loan amount with interest. Although got to know that some people took the flood relief benifits amount through the goverment and cleared the kcc, but for me, didn't get any notice and not notifieng me till now. Whereas all the documents and information provide by me is correct. But kumarkhand branch given flood relief benifits with the helps of agents. I am frustrated the behavior of bank. Is that right way to give flood relief benifits through agent. I am senior citizen. I ask all the responsible officers o[censored]ttar gramin bank regional office of the bank look the matter seriously. Take necessary step against branch. And help me issue on the kcc loan.

Bank have already given loan me through kisan credit card. After that i have alredy cleared all loan. After one year i applied to another loan but bank denied gives me loan. All the documents provide by me is ok. But bahilwara branch gives laon to all customer with helps of agents. I am frustrated the behavior of bank. Is that right way to give laon through agent. Of seats in uttar bihar gramin bank is 352 for po .After conducting pt, mains and interview it has withdrawn all its seats without any notice. This leads to very high cutoff in bihar in comparison to others states.

                                                      Gopalganj Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank head office Manager Mr. Jitendra Kr. Shirvastava is very well know of his Misbehavior and rude behavior.
                                                      He dose not know even how to talk to customer and behaves with them. Not even new customer although with the very old and renowned customer o[censored]BG Bank

                                                      One such incident has been captured in CCTV of the bank, If Bank higher authority wants to see their manager behavior they can checkout CCTV coverage on 08/02/2016 time 3:30 pm.

                                                      Also there is no direct complaint board so that people can log their complain and concern. This is very bad thing that the bank is making fool by one way communication with the customers.

                                                      If you call to any one either no one will pick the or you will get switch off tone.Tell us how can a customer will trust and be happy with the Bank.

                                                      This is very disgusting thing!! Truly disappointed.

                                                        Sir I am from Bihar and I know hindi language very well.Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank has released an advertisement regarding recruitment for the candidates who have valid IBPS score for RRB 2013. I have that valid score.But UBGB has mentioned that candidate must have hindi language in tenth class as an assurance that he/she knows hindi.I am from CBSE board and it gives an option to opt either from Hindi or Sanskrit.I took Sanskrit.So this UBGB is not allowing me to fill form.Yes, if am I am going to take any exam in other state and then asking for the certificate about knowing local language of that state by the concerned organization makes any sense..Everyone knows that anyone who belongs to any state knows its local language very well.So why all this fuss.We candidates already face so many issues in filling forms and taking exams, so please we should be kept away from all this unworthy tension.Sir please do something as fast as you can as the dates for filling form is running away.
