Pci me ragistration he 67984 address vill kunda mazra basi chousana saharanpur mera uttrakhand pci ka fille no. He 130/12915/16267 date 24/01/18 to sir aapse request he ki meri noc jald see jald daac duwara send uttrakhand pharmacy council me bhijwaye aapki ati kirpa hogi dhanyewad ji mera naam mohd aslam s/o yasin

I have applied for pharmacist registration in up state pharmacy council lucknow in date 11/12/2017 serial no 129852 and book no 1299. They told me that i should be get licence in 6 months but till date i am not receive my registration. Please provide me the status of my registration .
