Dear sir/mam
I inform you that.My Name is Ashish Kumar Tomar from Ghaziabad, I have applied for pharmacist registration in uttar pradesh pharmacy council Lucknow in date 3-Feb-2021 serial no. 210955 And book no. 2110 they told me that I should be get licence in 3 month, but till date, I have not received my registration.and I have also try to more contacts no. Uppci but not response any calls.
So I request please provide me my registration number.
