Dear Sir, I have applied online application for D pharmacy Registration in UP PCI on dated 08/12/23 and my documents verification was done on dated 26/09/23, and send letter for degree verification to university on dated 26/10/23. but the letter send in wrong address. and today 15/12/2023, UP PCI employee again rejected my application and send query to upload degree certificate PCI approval letter us/12 which are already uploaded and verified by PCI before, I already submitted all document at the time of apply online and PCI already verified then why it is rejected or raised the query again, kindly justify and give me registration certificates.
one candidate are asking 80 thousands where 40k already paid to him he said pay again 40k otherwise your application will be rejected.'
i have proof of documents submission and payment taken by third person which have proof.
