Pci k inspection ho y aicte k inspection. Yha 101%fraud document presentation hota h. Y college pura 420 h fraud k lia.

I have applied for transfer for pharmacist registration in u. P. State pharmacy council last year (Oct-2018). I have been told that i should be getting my license in one months time. But its been more than 5 months now and i haven't received any communication from them. The lucknow office phone no. Mentioned on the pci website doesn't work and nobody responds to that no. Please suggest how could i contact them or come to know the status of my registration.

I had applied for pharmacist registration on 16 March 2017 in uttar pharmacy council in lucknow (Book number is1175 and serial number is 117406) and they give me slip and said that within 6 month my pharmacist registration certificate deliver at your given address but still i didn’t got my registration certificate and i am also taken feedback from my college they said that document that send to my college through pharmacy council for verification had send back to pharmacy council 10 juliy 2017 but now what’s the problem for delaying my pharmacist registration certification in dispatching, number that written on uttar pradesh pharmacy council site not working. I am not able to contact. Please it’s my request to help for giving my pharmacist registration certificate as soon as possible it’s too much late sir.

I had applied for pharmacist registration on 16 june 2017 in uttar pharmacy council in lucknow (Book number is1230 and serial number is 122905) and they give me slip and said that within 3 month my pharmacist registration certificate deliver at your given address but still i didn’t got my registration certificate and i am also taken feedback from my college they said that document that send to my college through pharmacy council for verification had send back to pharmacy council 13 august 2017 but now what’s the problem for delaying my pharmacist registration certification in dispatching, number that written on uttar pradesh pharmacy council site not working. I have applied for pharmacist registration transffer haryana pharmacy council tou. P. State pharmacy council last year (Dt 17/11/2016 wide receipt no.110859 book no.1109). I have been told that i should be getting my license in three months time. But its been more than 8 months now and i haven't received any communication from them. The lucknow office phone no. Mentioned on the pci website doesnt work and nobody responds to that no. Please suggest how could i contact them or come to know the status of my registration.

State pharmacy council on dated 09/06/2016 and my serial No. 106998, book no.1070. have been told that i should be getting my license in 4 to 6 months time. Buti I havent received any communication from them till date. The lucknow office phone no. mentioned on the PCI website doesnt work and nobody responds to that.

Dear sir/madam,

1) this is to inform that i ashu rani d/0 ramnath singh has been registered as pharmacist in u. P pharmacy council with pharmacy registration no. 59135; date of registration is[protected].
2) i renewed my registration on[protected]. The details of fees paid are on book no. 889 with serial no. 88891
3) i want to transfer my registration form u. P pharmacy council to delhi pharmacy council. So i am requesting you to kindly issue the no objection certificate as i have applied for transfer in delhi pharmacy council.
4) since it has been two months till now i have not received the no objection certificate form your side. I called many times to delhi pharmacy council they told me that they have sent my documents to u. P pharmacy council for no objection certificate but till now no response is given by your side.
So i am requesting you to kindly issue the no objection certificate as soon as possible so that i can get my registration as early as possible from delhi pharmacy council.

I have lost my original licence so i have applied for issuing of a duplicate copy of Pharmacist registration card and green book in U.P. State pharmacy council (Aug.-2013). My details of duplicate registration application are- my licence no- 46467 S. No.-70749, Book No.-708. I have been told that i should be getting my license in three months time. But its been more than 1 year 6 months now and i havent received any communication from them. I have visited so many time to the UP PCI office but nobody responds to that. Please suggest how could i get my duplicate licence and about the status of my registration.The lucknow office phone no. mentioned on the PCI website doesnt work and nobody responds to that no. Maybe God help us. I have not seen any Pharmacy council who will take so much long time to settle any issue.I wish u to god my problem will be solved. Dear sir,

I lalit singh have applied for the registration in U.P. state pharmacy council on date 09/05/2011, with the reqiured registration fee (Rs. 500, Serial no. 49562, book no. 496 + Rs 200 serial no. 21670, book no. 217)
But still i have not been registerd and not received any information regarding the cause in delay.
As it known to me that minimum time required is of only 3 months. Kindly see in to the matter...

My UP Pharmacy Council Reg. No. 28876. I have also applied for registration transfer from UP to MP Pharmacy council on 31st March 2011 in MP office. And I have been instructed from UP Council to submit original Registration and Green book to issue NOC for registration transfervide letter no. UPPC/3626 dated 08/08/2011. After submitting all these still after passing more than 9month, I have not got NOC. I personally go to Lucknow two times...
