I had submitted my application for issue of pharmacist license along with required documents on[protected] with uppc (uttar pradesh pharmacy council), lekhraj market-2, II floor, indira nagar, lucknow with required fee deposited in cash.
The license has not yet been received by me though the other candidates who filed application with me, have received and are going for the job.
Since, it is prerequisite to apply for a job in a pharmacy, I have been losing the opportunity.
You are requested to look into the matter and arrange to issue me the license at the earliest and obliged.
In case the license has been issued from your office, kindly share me the dispatch details to track the post.
Copy of acknowledgement receipt is enclosed for your reference.
