My name is Dauli Mishra my electricity account id is [protected], i paid my bill online on 14-6-23 with transaction id[protected] of amount 659/- i requested the online portal so many times they are not updating the payment which was been successfuly paid to them on 14-6-23 kindly take action on them to update the paid amount in my electricity account id because the payment is still showing pending even it has been paid..
