Hi Team,

I paid 680 rupees electricity bill through UPPCL site. My payment is deducted but bill is not paid I paid electricity bill at 31/05/2023 and today is 10/06/23. My bill is not paid yet. I did not receive this payment back. I paid this amount through SBI Credit card. I connected with SBI Credit card Team they are saying amount is deducted from SBI card so we need to connect with UPPCL team when I tried their number they are not responding to me. I have attached screenshot of payment in this chat. Please help me to fix my problem.

Regret to inform that we are facing severe power fluctuation in sector-5, chiranjeev vihar, Ghaziabad, uttrapradesh particularly between 9 pm to 5 am everynight in the sector-5 or more the reason of this problem is not known to us. Such fluctuation affects our costly electric and electronics house hold items.           Since long time we are requesting with our UPPCL team to change transformer due to low voltage but till now no body has taken any action .Due to low voltage public are suffering too much .Only we are getting 140 v-160 v which is very very low to run any equipment .

            I am resident of 506/16 Mumford ganj prayagraj request you to please make arrangements to change the LED Street light bulb of our lane.
            There is absolutely dark after sunset. Today I made a complaint to Nagar Nigam. Lineman visited at our site and he informed me that bulb is fuse so it will be replaced with new one.
            I humbly request you to please consider my request and get it replaced as early as possible.

              On 27.12.22 I submitted online my request for shifting of electric meter. the web system provided me a requisite Memo with SR No. [protected] with direction to deliver it to J.E. for obtaining estimate.
              accordingly I delivered it to sh. sing (Mb No. [protected]). but the JE handed me over an application form for "Meter Replacement" which was not my request.
              Therefore I met SDO shiv nath sharma )mb.[protected]) Lajpat Nagar, Sahibabad Ghaziabad who assured me of early shifting. since there was no steps I wrote the SDO on 22nd feb 2023 which was registered in diary on No. 816/22.02.2023 but till now there is no steps by the Nigam.

                Dear Sir My account number is [[protected]]. In the month of January, new meters were installed in all the houses of Ayodhya. The old meter was removed. That's why I deposited the December and January bill of Rs.3517 in February and February bill of Rs.2382 in March and also I deposited the March bill of Rs.2482 in April.
                Even after depositing this much payment, he has increased the amount of April bill which is to be paid in May to Rs.8565 and has changed the previous reading to 00 and the current reading is 1267. On what basis has he done this?
                Please help me sir.

                    High bill charges with high unit

                    My name is mehfuz son of mamhmoodullah farooqui. My father stays in village pannupur district anapur prayagraj. As per attached bill in nov 2022 there was a high bill for which we had complaint and paid 1000rs for meter change. New meter got deployed and dec jan bill was o. K.                     1. I have recharged the uppcl genus meter for Consumer no. [protected] on 25th June 2021.
                    2. Money deducted during the transaction from my account. Neither I received ABC code for the same transaction nor reverted till date.
                    3. I have called to 1912 complaint number. Reps. there told me they only deal with post paid accounts not prepaid account complaints.
                    4. I have visited the local bijali ghar located in Brij vihar, Ghaziabad. Officers of that bijalighar told me, they don't deal with prepaid as they have conveyed all consumers to do online recharges.
                    5. The both transactions screenshots with transactions no. is attached for reference.
                    6. complaint no. PV[protected]

                    In case of failure of payments and payments which are forfeited by UPPCL, no body seems accountable in UPPCL.

                          Hello,
                          I want to catch your attention here,
                          I applied for a new connection on 27 Feb 2023 through jhatpat connection portal, My Application no is [protected] but still it is not implemented after more than a month.

                          3 days ago they put the prepaid meter without my consent while i applied for post paid meter only
                          Secondly still the light is not coming to my house after 3 days of installation of meter too.

                          When i contacted the concerned Bijlighar for the same then JE game me other guy no and when i tried to connect with him he gave me other no, I am wondering here and there, not getting proper solution.
                          Will you please tell me where i should go ??

                            Plot No. 420/B-44 spring Garden, Uttardhauna, lucknow had taken temporary connection for construction of my house on 14 Aug 2021. The connection was taken through online portal. After that I have paid all the bills generated online.Account No is [protected]
                            However, when my connection was changed to permanent, the electricity bill due is showing Rs. 75937.
                            Since I have paid all the demanded bill timely then why am I being charged so heavily.
                            I have complain regarding this to S.D.O Chinhat division on 07.01.2023, but no response or reversal of bill has been done. They are saying that the amount is arrear. But i want to state that if the demanded bill on monthly basis is being paid on time by me, then why should I be charged the wrong amount in the name of arrear. I have not been informed about any such clause either through online portal or SMS.
                            I have approached 4-5 times in person to chinhat division and exchange, but in vain. This is leading to mental tension.
                            I have also visited Exchange, Gomti nagar extension, but no needful has been done yet.
                            i HAVE MAIL TO ALL HIGHER AUTHORITIES BUT MAIL BOUNCED.

                              We have seen the today that Electricity bill was over billed. Units in the meter was less than the billed unit. Billed unit is of 2559 but the Meter reading was 2529 at the we checked after 4 hours.
                              This is really not acceptable in this time high inflation. Please take proper action accordingly.

                                  Today, on 10.03.2023 at 12:12 pm, I recharged my genus prepaid meter with an amount of Rs 1000 vide UPI transaction ID[protected] but did not receive a recharge token. My consumer Id is [protected]. I had to do a new transaction subsequently where recharge token was generated.
