Removing old electric pole

Hi,

I want to request the concerned authority to please remove an old electric pole which is right at the turn of a very narrow passage. It causes difficulty for vehicles to turn. Also that pole is barely standing. It is tilted and is standing only with a support of a wall which is very dangerous. If I crashed down it might cost lives of people who will be crossing that narrow passage.

I pay uppcl's bill each and every month worth ₹1870 but today on 08-oct-2020 bill arrived of double of amount which is ₹3740. That's why i have to know that "why my electricity bill arrived double of amount even after i pay my bill each and every month. Now refund my money or settle my rupees for the next month's bill....

I tried to pay my house electricity bill on date - 31/05/2020 at 10:50 am, through this link bit. Ly/uppcl-instapayment which i received from your message. The transaction leads me to a blank page and the site stops responding and rupees 1392.0 got debited from my account. The power house ([protected]) here was not answering calls, if picked they pretended they can't hear, finally went they spoke they said that we are not "adhikaries" that they should answer us and rudely hung up.

Sir I live in dhakwa near jaunpur region. There is no electricity supply from last 5 days in this hot conditions. There is some issue in transformer but yet it is not resolved. kindly give attention to rural areas. Life is very difficult without electricity as there is no water to fulfill daily requirements.Do something as soon as possible.
