Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation [UPPCL] — Bribery in new electric connection

Dear Sir
I have applied a new commercial connection through online more than 3 months back at premisis number 3/111 A Bahadur Ganj Tarai, Bibiganj road, thana mau darwaza, farrukhabad. But, UPPCL officers Mr. Ranjit Maurya JE and Mr. R.B. Yadav Ex- EN are demanding bribe for new connection and forcing to come through their local agent DALAL, when I refused to accept their unlawful demand they refused to sanction electric connection and asking me to pay overdues electricity bill of premises number 3/123 of other people in that area.
I have applied electric connection for setup of business for my family member for their survival in this covid situation but due to these corrupt officers I could not start business since last more than 3 months. I have done only one mistake that I have applied electric connection through online myself, if I had applied this connection with their local agent DALAL, I could have got connection earlier. My family members are going to meet with various officials o[censored]PPCL in district Farrukhabad but of no result. Now they are tired and think to bind up.
When honorable Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath is announcing for easy setup of new business and early approval are being given while these corrupt officers are demanding bribes from me for a small electric connection and are creating hindrance in the setup of the business.
I request honorable chief minister sir kindly order to carry out detailed investigation in giving new electric connection to find out the level of corruption and caucus of engaged DALALS and initiate vigilance enquiry against these corrupt officers to penalize them. These officers are a hindrance in the system and should be eliminated with their roots to clean the system and smooth implementation of various government schemes.
