Dear Sir,

Sub.:- Related to fraud by power house of electricity board o[censored]P and damage crops.

This is too inform you that, We need water to do our agriculture. But we are unable to do agriculture due to non-supply of electricity from the power house. We are complaining to power house so many times. Nor is the power supply being provided from power house. And also during lockdown we all were facing the pandemic of Covid-19. But the in-charge (SDO) of the power house was busy snatching money from us. Electricity was not given for the entire 8 months and the bill was also fully recovered from us.

Due to which our crops did not done and all the trees and plants also dried up. Due to which our financial condition is very poor.

You are requested to hear our complaint immediately and action should be taken on it immediate basis.

Our complaint attached for your reference.

    There is a 100kv transformer located in Village Akhapur which come under sub station Kandhrapur azamgarh.
    This is to inform you that oil is continuously dripping from the transformer day & night.
    It is very dangerous because it is close to the residence.It can cause fatal accidents.

      I am residing in Niti Khand 2, Indrapuram. After so many complaints no one taken strict action. Every time powercut happened and it's always took 4-5 hours. On the serious note, if this things not resolved I will file a written complaint in CM office because I don't have any other option.

        This is to inform that there isn't any electricity since last 3 hrs. After waiting of this time, electricity came in but low voltage since last 2 hrs.
        Address : Urvashi enclave near Vardan Multispeciality Hospital Meerut Road, Ghaziabad 201003

        This always happens while we are going to sleep and overnight these issues doesn't get resolved.
        We are unable to connect with electricity substation. When connected, they say that it will be resolved in morning only. This is entire negligence of electricity department which keeps the issues unresolved.
        Pls take this matter seriously and resolve this issue asap.

          This is the 2nd time when I'm receiving electricity bills on my number from the UP electricity board when I am a resident of Andhra Pradesh and have no history of residence in UP.

            Dear sir,

            I am writing a complaint in regards to rising wrong electricity bill by biller, my house bill generate many month with different loads but actual load of connection 2 KW. but bill generated sometime 6KW, 7KW, 10KW, 5KW, 2KW. (Different about every month.)

            i would specifically like to know if there is any kind of issue with my electricity bill. I investigate the matter from my side to find out the error and I noticed that biller i doing some mistake during bill generate,

            so kindly, i request to you please correct the bill and issue a fresh bill. I home the complaint will be resolved as soon as possible.

            I have also complaint before 6 month that time it is corrected but from last 3 month its repeated. complaint no is -ID: 2803291

              Due to emergency we are not paying electric bill since last two months May and jun 2021
              And today 18-july-21 our home electricity power is disconnected from your side after knowing that we pay our all due today 18-july-21 and already registered complaint to your toll-free number but still we are not getting any response from your side and still our electricity is disconnected so this my request to you please help to reconnect our home electricity power so that we can do our daily routine works...

                  My father Sh. S.D.Shukla has taken connection in month of[protected] at our home town village . But address is wrongly mentioned at bill . So i have given complaint regarding correction of address and mobile no.

                  Till date we have not received any confirmation and as per system still wrong address is mentioned at bill.

                  Letter copy that has given to SDO ITWA is attached for your reference.

                  I hope this should be resolve as early as poosible. SO we can pay the further electricity bill.

                    I live in Krishna puri pukhrayana.where is electricity problem. Here people faced too much electricity problem, here is no regular time of power cut. From few days electricity is not come in proper time, only 2-3 hours electricity comes after that power cut for long time like- 5-6 hours than electricity come, but goes in every one hours, and after day in night time light also cut for 2-3 hours than it come and goes so many time.so sir I request you please given electricity according to government norms as a district area.please sir we are facing so many problems without electricity in summer time, please give us electricity on time without power cut. Thank you

                      I have applied a new commercial connection through online more than 3 months back at premisis number 3/111 A Bahadur Ganj Tarai, Bibiganj road, thana mau darwaza, farrukhabad. But, UPPCL officers Mr. Ranjit Maurya JE and Mr. R.B. Yadav Ex- EN are demanding bribe for new connection and forcing to come through their local agent DALAL, when I refused to accept their unlawful demand they refused to sanction electric connection...

                      I am Prem Singh Patwal S/O Late Pratap Singh Patwal having electricity connection in my house at Village Chandela (PahariTola), under Ashok Nagar, District Rampur UP - PIN 244921.

                      Due to family commitments and pandemic in the country we are committed to stay at our temporary residences out side Uttar Pradesh. My house has been almost closed throughout the period of bills I am receiving except 16 Jan 2021 to 26 Jan 2021 and once in a month for a single day that too in the day light, which my brother from comes from Kashipur and opens for cleaning the house.

                      I have received October 2020 bil, Rs. 251/-, and paid alongwith the Nov 2020 bill Rs. 499/-, which I consider to be genuine amount the amount was cleared by me. Thereafter the electricity bills started jumping to higher side i.e
                      Dec - 2020 Rs. 1044/- Jan 2021 Rs, 2094/- Feb 2021 - Rs. 3164/-
                      Mar 2021 Rs. 4210/- Apr 2021 - Rs. 5266/- May 2021 - Rs. 6332/- Jun 2021 - Rs. 7442/- and July 2021 - Rs. 8567/- bill No.[protected]

                      May I request the department to kindly justify when the house is closed Main Switch is put to OFF, how the bill is jumping.

                      In this regard I have already submitted complaint vide No. PV[protected].

                              We the citizen of our area are facing problem with low voltage from about a month, even the fans are not working properly. We had already done complaints before but no action was taken.
                              We are paying for the electricity and not getting benefit of facility.
                              As we know it's hot with high temperatures nowadays because these are the days of summer.
                              Please look through this problem and try to solve it as soon as possible.

                                I am SANJEEV KUMAR S/O BANDU RAM GANGWAR resident of VILLAGE AGRAS . One of the transformer is not working and has to be replaced. As you know that the weather is too hot so We are unable to survive without electricity from last two days . Please have a look into the matter and replace the transformer as soon as possible.

                                  I paid my last electricity bill on 29th May 2021 without delay but I received my electricity bill of rupees 1923.0 on 14th July 2021 including 706.08 rupees arrear .
                                  I do not understand why am I supposed to pay that much of arrear even after paying my bill on time.

                                    I have paid my electricity bill by cheque in most of the time but before last year, many types of problems was face during submission of bill ...most of the time the sumbitting officer says that " softear is not working or cheque bill payment is not allow in this center "
                                    Today 's a similar problem was caused the officer which are submitting bill is says that the system software is change and he is not able to pay the bill by cheque ...and says go to SDO office ...last time I was also go there and SDO says those who say this to you just say to give that thing in writing ...so, I say this thing and the worker call the SDO ...I don't not he talk or not but he say that the SDO is not recieve the call ...no one can help me ...I request you sir /maam please take some action regarding this ...because I think many people facing such type of thing every day most of them are senior citizens and the feel very bad ...and they have a very worst image o[censored]PPCL ...so please take some action regarding this

                                      Hello, From past 1 month my area is facing lots of power fluctuation, That's happening in every 2 minutes, everything is shutting down. Im working from Home from past 1 year and this is one of the worst thing can be happen. Please fix this asap.
