I am yogesh kumar resident of dedaur has face short circuit due to in legal passing wire 11000 volt. On date 18/02/2019 due to load one wire cut down two animal were die. Our electric department je asked to me many time chage their mode but untill they not gave response and demand for money.
Finaly asked to plz see this matter on urgent basis.

Heavy tree falling on the street wires which lead to crossing of wires and short circuit as well. sparking occurs frequently . This may cause happening . Any car standing below may damage or children playing below may also suffer something. Pl resolve the issue asap
