I have applied for new connection at danwar district bulandshahr with application id [protected] on 15july 2019 department has shown me 3dates for feasibility report on 17-18-19 of july but after 5 days its still showing pending by department for 3 days i have applied in jhatpat yojna why its being delaying by department. I request you to solve the issue as soon as possible.

Sir,
1. I applied for my domestic electricity connection under Jhatpat scheme vide my application No [protected] dt 28May21.
2.I deposited my requisite estimated amount of Rs 107703/-on 18th June. I was given three dates for installation i.e 23June, 01Jul and 02Jul.
3. But no action has been done so far.
4.I have visited their office at Etamadpur, Agra twice after submission of amount, but response of staff and officers have been found very negative and suspicious.
5. May I request you if my connection could be installed in time.
