Dear sir,
I live at village junawai, tehsil gunnaur, district sambhal. Last about from one month electricity is being supplied properly. The electricity is being supplied only 2 to 3 hours in a day instead of 24 hours. Now a days summer season is in peak season. The people of the village facing a lot of problems due to improper electricity supply.

It is requested to kindly resolve the above mentioned issue as early as possible.

I have facing serious problems of low voltage and flactuation and high bill
I repeated orally complaints but no one solve my problems.
So sir please resolve my problems and do needful action to solve my problems because it is a season of high humidity and rainy season

Dear sir, it is for your kind information that at pvvnl, i have paid my last month electricity bill (June-17) inr 225 on 3rd july, then why bill of july is generated before time whenever it is mid of july month, so how can they calculated my bill before completion of current month.. It is showing july bill of inr 359 since last 3 days... Why?

I request you to kindly take appropriate action against this worst activity.
If any clarification you have then revert back to me asap.

Hi uppcl,

I live in loni area, in our area atleast 18hrs electricity is sanctioned from uttar pradesh government. But on daily basis we are facing 6 or more hours long power cut.
We pays electricity bill on every month on time. But in replace what we get "a false promise" of 24hrs electricity.
I have an infants which cannot bear this humidity.
Please do something in this case please provide us atleast 18hrs uninterrupted electricity.

Why we facing problm again and again.

I paid my bill on 10th july2019 through uppclonline.com and money got deducted twice. My first transaction failed, so i paid it again. When i crosschecked it in my banks app, the money was shown as deducted twice.in my banks app there are 2 receipt of bill i. E 268205 and 242362. Please look into my problem and if possible refund it.

Dear sir,
I would like to draw attention to the authorities towards the above mentioned problem.
In sec 23 sanjay nagar ghaziabad area specially a block the frequent electricity cuts took place from last month. Sometimes the native block that is b block have sufficient power supply but in a block the low voltage or no power supply takes place.
And from last two days found massive cut of power supply at large period.
So, i kindly request you to please resolve this issue as much as possible. Because the daily routine work has been affected, especially the studies.

Subject: do not allow buider to install transformer infort of our building d91 shyam park extension sahibabad gzb.

Dear sir,

We are resident of plot d91 shyam park extension sahibabad which is a buider flat and we have an 11 flat in the building. Recently a builder has constricted a builder flats adjoining (D92) to our above mentioned building and now he is trying to install a transformer infort of our building. It is very dangerous for us since the place where the transformer is getting installed is very close to the building, we have small children who use to play infort of the building, we have seen that normally transformer cought fire easily n get sparked also. Few of our cars also parked in the place n it very close to our balcony. I request to you please intervene in the matter and ensure that the above transformer is not installed in front of our building in case its installed is extremely essential.
We have already informed the local je about the matter.

My name is rahul pandey my residence is dayal residency block a. There is a continuous problem of power failure. We used to get only 8hours power supply only. I call on respective power house but there was no response. There is always a fault. We are facing so much problem for this. Today from mid night no power supply was there. Please take it in your consideration.
My respective power house is chinhat power house.

In my area the employee who come to take reading are not coming in regular basis they not even do any kind of effort if anyone not listen to their voice or ringing the bell. They checked if gate is open they came and tahke the reading and stick it to the meter without informing us.
If by chance the gate is lock from the inside they hardly do any effort to knock or ringing the bell if we would not come instaneously they go away in a very short span of time and second is that they mostly come in the mid afternoon when everyone is tired or sleeping.
So what i ask is to please make your employee a bit of tolerant and patience person.
They mostly never knock or ring the bell of the gate, if it is open then okay if it is not they just skip our home and we have to wait until the next months or to go branch office to get the bill...

I required a new connection for my house which is situated bareilly district's village area, but when i go to electricity office for new connection they demanding 3200/- rs from me and according to uploaded document in your uppcl official website, 1350/- rs. Are required for 1kw new meter connection in village area than i refuse to give more money. After it they also refuse to do connect a new connection in my house. What will i do now? Please do the needful action.

I had paid my last bill of rs 8757 in oct’17 and now new bill generated is of rs 33600 and i dont understand that on what basis uppcl has done this and also bill is also not comes to my home.
When eb meter is not installed then how uppcl has generated this type of amount, i request to install eb meter and also review my bill.
I had also visited kauriram office for bill detail but no proper response received from them.

Kindly take action against my bill asap.

Dear sir,
I would like to inform that i am a resident od kalu kuan baberu road banda dist-banda uttar pradesh pin - 285123. There is high supply voltage ptoblem. We have supply household voltage is above 400 voltage and it is continuining before one week. Due to this our electrinic system has been faulty like tv, freeze, cooler, led bulbs etc. We have complaint about this at power house pili kothi banda uttar pradesh 210001 but problem is still and again my fan and led bulbs are gettinh faulty.
I want to say that please get resolve this serious problem as soon as possible and also i am attaching snap of supply voltage measurement.

I have been an honest customer who use and pay bills to electricity board but at the same time number of houses in my colony do electricity theft in evening. They put katiya in evening and use electric induction for cooking and in night they have ac also which runs on katiya.
Often in evening, voltage are down due to electricity theft, load shedding and tampering meter.
Please put some raids in evening and stop such illegal electricity theft.

I have been informed about theft of electricity in village saroi in dist. Bhadohi in u. P. India.
There are few houses & shops with meter connection and rest all houses use power directly from pole and upon survey of local authorities, they are informed before and they take out all their illegal connections.
It is better is team from lucknow or central comes to inspect without informing the local authorities, they will find millions of worth electricity been consumed for free!!!

Sir our electricity bill was coming around 500 -800₹ per month but this month it is showing approx 3000₹ . which is impossible because we are using only 2 light and one ceiling fan . we are not using any heavy appliances.

It is regular power failure observed at midnight.Also there are no intimation about power failure and when it will be resumed.
At customer care also there is poor response.
They are saying it is breakdown and will be resolved in half an hour.
But neither the power is resumed and we had to suffer 3 hours .Still there is no response from customer care...
