Hi I paid a sum of rs 2, 274/- online to uppcl on 19.01.2019 regarding home electicity bill for period 7.12.18 to 18.01.19. My bank a/c has been debited but the uppcl site is not showing any receipt of payment. Please arrange to get me the refund to enable me make payment again.
