Dear concern,

We, the residents of gomti nagar extension sector 1 lucknow, are facing this constant problem of voltage fluctuation since last month. Since past week, voltage fluctuation has increased so much that it is causing great amount of discomfort to us all especially to the senior citizens and children of our colony. Even our safety is at stake because such high level of voltage fluctuations are causing the electrical devices, such as television, air conditioner, refrigerator, stabilizers, etc, to malfunction and it could lead to short circuit and thus the risk of fire. To avoid any such mishappening, we request you to get the issue resolved as soon as possible. I am mentioning the problems below again in short.

1. Extreme low voltage.
2. Too much voltage fluctuations every day & night, which may damage our costly electrical instruments.
3.in the nighttime, problem is even worst, there is often no power or too low voltage to operate fan, tv or ac.
