Hi Sir/Team, This mail is in regard to the electricity bill number dated 17/05/2019 to 09/06/2019. Please see below the details : Bill Number: SBA[protected] Account Number: [protected] Meter Number: P611230 Consumed units: 980.0 Amount Paid: 6827 INR (Paid on 15th June via PayTM) Load: 3.0KW Name: Ann Andrew Gracious We have received an incorrect reading on the meter for the dates mentioned above. The reason for such a belief is because both o[censored]s i.e the husband and the wife are working from 7am to 7pm, where all the lights, fans and air conditioner is switched off. Only the plug connected to the Refrigerator and the inverter remains switched on during and after that time period. This is a new flat and we paid the builders 35000/- for meter installation and the line man who visited didn't show us a 'zero reading' on the meter, when the new meter was installed. Moreover, the bill also shows an arrear amount of 387.03 INR, which is strange because we had paid our builder 2000/- as a charge against the common meter meter, prior to our personal meter installation. We wish to make a complaint against the junior engineer in charge of this region, for the installation of a faulty meter and the exorbitant and overpriced bill that comes due. We herein request for our meter to be thoroughly rechecked, in our presence, at the earliest. Failing to do so, we will not pay next month's bill.
