Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation [UPPCL] — High bill charges with high unit

My name is mehfuz son of mamhmoodullah farooqui. My father stays in village pannupur district anapur prayagraj. As per attached bill in nov 2022 there was a high bill for which we had complaint and paid 1000rs for meter change. New meter got deployed and dec jan bill was o. K. My father and mother in dec 2022 came to mumbai where i live to stay with me for 9 months. They will again travel and stay there in sept 2023.in between feb there was a huge bill of 8824rs. Their calculation is so wierd and has lots of discrepancy. I complaint from mumbai where i stay but they say it can. T ne resolve we need to come to prayagraj. My father will travel in sept only as not keeping well. No one is liting and bill will get piled up with charges. No one is staying from dec 2022 and prayagraj home is locked. Than how to come so huge bill. Please consider my request and help in solving this issue. All screenshots attached here along with bill, payment details, unit, bill history.
