Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation [UPPCL] — Incorrect Electricity Bill

Dear Sir/Madam,

I just received a bill for 02 months and its having Rs16000/-.
Am unable to understand that how such kind of bill they generated and even after i ask them for details they have a weird reply that your bill is correct and you have to pay the whole amount.
As per them our Meter had some internal faults so on basis of that we changed our Meter on November, 2014.
After 2-3 months they again told my parents in absence of mine at home that your meter has some defaults but even after that they didn't make any necessary changes.
and few months ago on 05th May2016 i changed my Meter again due to low KW as i had to fit AC at my home so i covert my meter from 2KW to 4KW .
And i have doubt that the guy who came to check meter reading did something wrong in our meter due to which we're continuously high amount bill.
And this is totally wrong and unexceptable bill of Rs16000/-
Kindly help to look over this and get my issue resolved.
