    It is my very sincere and simple complaint that at Balrampur House Mumfordganj Allahabad practically everyday from last 10-15 days there is rostering of light for hours together. On asking from BELI ROAD substation there is never a satisfactory reply and the usual reply is when our officer will let us know we will switch on or maintenance is going on.
    On asking for how many days & how many hours per day no body answers correctly.
    My only complaint is when it is scheduled for roster why not it is being informed by news paper or else let the staff of sub station know the dates of POWER CUT and time for how many hours, so that consumer may make alternative arrangements.
    The same complaint I did in May 2016 & has no results, now again I am doing even THOUGH I KNOW IT WILL HAVE NO IMPACT ON OFFICERS & STAFF responsible for it.

      Namaste,
      I, deep mohan aggarwal, age 65 living with my family. From the past 2 weeks, electricity board has disconnected our line from the pole. There is no power so there is no water also. We have tried to meet twice sdo, exen, se, but all in vain. Neither they are not restoring our electricity nor giving any reason of disconnection.
      Why we are denied by our fundamental rights? According to the article 21 of constitution of india, as a citizen of india we have a right to life, right to health etc. What is the matter that electricity don't even care about honorable supreme court ruling of human fundamental rights. Why & when this harassment would be stopped. Our connection no is 9056/557035. Plz look into the matter help the law abiding tax paying citizen of india. Life without electricity & water is hell & unimaginable. I have 2 little grand daughters age 1.5 & 5.5 years. All #without #electricity & #water #reason #unknown & #no #actions taken against #injustice till the #date.

      I would like to request you that i requested for new connection in Shahpur Siuri, ghazipur (U.P.). he has taken Rs. 35000. and he has not provided any connection. no pole, no wire. JE is Niraj kumar and SHO is Mahendra. i am facing lots of issues. plant is dry. he has taken money last 5 months. request you to please resolve the issue.

        I have paid my electricity bill in UPPCL via paytm but my bill not paid according to paytm bill paid successful in paytm side it was provided me a operator reference no. O[censored]PPCL but in site of www.uppclonline.com my bill after 3days still show unpaid also my new bill is added in previous bill by uppcl my UPPCL A/c no. Is [protected]
        and paytm gave the operator reference no. Is[protected] but after 3days my bill not updated in uppcl site but when i compain to paytm then they say to complaint in uppcl and gave operator reference no. So i want to say solve my problem as soon as possible..i have also try to customer care o[censored]ppcl but call was not connected from morning to till now.

          Respected sir,
          I am a resident of brindavan garden extension, sahibabad.
          All the residents are suffering as there is no electricity during the whole day.
          I am a student, my exams are going to be held, i have to study but there is no light.
          As we all know electricity is the basic need of today. Then why are you not taking the concern seriously.
          I request you to take some useful actions to provide electicity to the residents of sahibabad.

            It is painfully informe you that the light o[censored]rban areas like sanjarpur sikandarpur ambedkar nagar distt is very poor every day deduction of light increases due to non supply of light our cereals are destroyed .the supply of light at sanjarpur sikandarpur is maximum 3 hours in this type of condition how can we survive ..

              I am living in noida sector 37.
              Here powered r is cut daily around 12:30 at night to 3:30 at night.
              There is no one to recieve a call at helpline number [protected].
              Why are you giving such number on websites jahan se koi jawab nhi aata kabhi.
              We are working people, most noida people are working class. Everyday they have office and have to leave early morning. We have only our nights to get restful sleep.
              Please for god sake if you want powe cut, cut it in day hours. Please don't disturb the sleep of common people. They are not much rich like politicians to have inverter or generator.
              Bhai kyu aam aadmi ki zindagi kharab kar rae ho. Kyu unki majboori ka fayada utha rae ho.. Bhai jitna tax maangtey ho.. Sab khushii khushii dete h... To fir kyu.

                Noida sector 25 no light

                I am staying at sector 25 noida and from last 4 days the electricity is cutting down consecutively for 2 to 3 hrs' that end our deep slumber and we tossed and turned all night. We are human and next day we have loads of work that require our health in apple pie order.
                Bottom line - i am speechless by seeing n feeling sloth response from electricity board by cutting power off in clumpsy time....

                The most frustrating thing in noida is to bear power cut in night in summer times. I am facing this issue for last 3 consecutive nights i. E 26 sept 16 to 29 sept 16. I guess its the worat decision of my life to live in noida city. I am trying to connect noida power at [protected] but no any person reapond to this line. Please resolve this issue as people gotta go to work next day in early morning.

                      Sir, I am consumer of NPCL, Greater Noida wide contract a/c no184215. Sir, My bill comes wrong due to wrong reading. Just my bill dated[protected], In this Bill reading is shown as 424 and accordingly bill raised units amounting of Rs.3435-00. As our house is under construction & not having the load, Our actual reading as on[protected] is too 68. This is Fourth time wrong reading case. First time wrong reading case accrued on All bills are not corrected yet. Since from that time meter read wrongly every time so iam unable to pay the bill timely. I cannot deposit huge amounting Bill. This type of actions causes great mental harassment to us. So your good self is requested to correct my electricity bill and the necessary correction is made on your record too and instruct your S D O Sub Division NPCL Disst- Gautam Budh Nagar to have due care as this type of mistake does not occur again.                         Incorrect Electricity Bill

                        I just received a bill for 02 months and its having Rs16000/-.
                        Am unable to understand that how such kind of bill they generated and even after i ask them for details they have a weird reply that your bill is correct and you have to pay the whole amount.
                        As per them our Meter had some internal faults so on basis of that we changed our Meter on November, 2014.

                        This is in reference to your SMS with complaint no. PV[protected] on 11.07.2016 against my request on the toll free number of West UP. I have visited the Sub Station at Fatehpur, Distt Saharanpur as well as the Sub Division in Saharanpur a numerous times during last one year. Officials at Sub Station Fatehpur claim that connection is not open and their counterparts at Saharanpur claim that connection is already open. Please provide me online bill for the said electricity connection as soon as possible. In your SMS discussed above it was claimed that the complaint is resolved. However I am still waiting for the online bill. I also request that the electricity bill should be provided me online regularly so that I can pay the same online and timely.                               महोदय,
                              उपरोक्त बिषय अन्तगर्त श्रीमान जी से अनुरोध है कि मथुरा की मानस नगर कालोनी मे विधुत चोरी की जानकारी दी थी
                              दिनांक.[protected] को बिधुत विभाग के कर्मचारीयो ने कार्यवाही की थी हम आपको दिल से धन्यबाद कह्ते है हम अपनी जांनकारी के लिए आपसे एक जानकारी चाह्ते हैं कि बिजली चौरी करने बालौ पर तथा कराने बालौ पर कार्यवाही के दोरान पकडे जाने पर विधुत विभाग दवारा कोई कार्यवाही होती है या बिना कार्यवाही के ही ऐसे ही छोड दिया जाता है
                              दिनांक.[protected] की कार्यवाही से यही जाहिर होता हे विधुत चोरी करने बालो पर कोई कार्यवाही नहीं होती है यही कार्यवाही अगर रात के समय होती तो पास के मकान कि जगह सीधे जंक्शन वाक्स से विधुत केविल डली हुई मिलती
                              इसके अलावा इतना होने के बाद भी दिनांक.[protected] कि कार्यवाही के बाद उसी दिन रात को दुवारा पास के मकान से केविल डाल कर लाईट जलाई जा रही है
                              इस मकान में करीब एक साल से विधुत की चोरी हो रही है तथा मथुरा विधुत विभाग के कायार्लय मे कई बार सुचना देने के बाद भी कोई कार्यवाही नहीं हुई
                              दिनांक.[protected] को भी कार्यवाही के नाम पर दिखावा किया गया न ही तो जिस मकान में केविल डली पाई गई उसपर और न ही जिस मकान से केविल डाली गई थी उसपर भी कोई उचित कार्यवाही नहीं की गई विधुत कर्मचारी आधी केविल काट कर ले गये तथा आधी केविल ऐसे ही छोड गये
                              दिनांक.[protected] की घट्ना को देखते हुए लगता है कि विधुत विभाग के कर्मचारी और जै.ई की मिली भगत से विधुत की चोरी हो रही है जो एक साल से नजर अंदाज हो रही है तथा समय-समय पर ईसको कार्यवाही की सूचना मिलती है
                              इस मकान (प्लाट) में रेह्ने बाला स्पष्ट रूप से कह्ता हे कि महिने के महिने जै.ई को पैसे देता हूँ अब या तो विधुत विभाग का कोई कर्मचारी इस की पह्चान का है या सब खैल पैसो का है
                              आपकी जानकारी के लिए सूचित कर रहे है कि इस प्लाट की हमारी जानकारी के अनुशार रजिस्ट्री भी नहीं है तथा जो इस मे रह रहा है उसका भी नहीं है यह अवेध कब्जा है
                              एक नागरीक होने के नाते आपको सूचित करना हमारा फर्ज है उचित कार्यवाही करना या ना करना आपका अधिकार ?

                              दिनांक.[protected] को विधुत विभाग की कार्यवाही के बाद भी[protected] से लेकर आज दिनांक.[protected] तक भी रात्री के 8 बजे से लेकर सुबह के 5 बजे तक पास के मकान से केविल डाल कर बिजली जलाई जा रही है
                              दिनांक.[protected] की घट्ना को देखते हुए लगता हे कि विधुत विभाग के कर्मचारी और जै.ई की कार्यवाही के दोरान पकडे जाने के बाद भी ना ही तो विधुत चोरी करने बाले पर तथा जिस मकान मैं केविल डली हुई मिली (जिसका मीटर भी खराब है ) उस पर कोई भी उचित कार्यवाही नहीं की गई
                              इन सभी पह्लूयो को देखते हुए साफ है कि विधुत विभाग के कर्मचारी और जै.ई की मिली भगत से विधुत की चोरी हो रही है जो एक साल से नजर अंदाज हो रही है एंव इसी कारण ना ही तो इन लोगो. पर कोई उचित कार्यवाही होती है और जै.ई की कार्यवाही के बाद भी खुले आम रात को पास के मकान से बिजली जलाई जा रही है (ये लोग खुले आम इस एरिये के जे.ई. का नाम भी लेते हैं जिसे बताना हम उचित नहीं समझ रहे हैं)
                              यदि ऐसा ना होता तो यही कार्यवाही रात के समय होती तो पास के मकान कि जगह सीधे जंक्शन वाक्स से विधुत केविल डली हुई मिलती

                                Dear Team,
                                We are having electric connection with Account ID-[protected], where we received bill for 05-05-16 to 03-06-16 of Rs.25843.15/- . We have also deposited
                                this amount of 25843 vide cheque no.-046916. But UPPCL office has issued Rs.258473/- receipt for the same. Again we have received a bill of 03-06-16 to 04-07-16, Bill no[protected] where total payment amount was Rs. (-28096.11/-), then we approached to electric office Madhavpuram, Meerut & briefed them about last wrong receipting, but they were adament to change the bill & said us that it is correct. In August bill no[protected] Period 04-07-16 to 05-08-16 we have received total bill payable amount is Rs.28533.06 & we made the payment thru cheque no-047337 but office has denied to accept this payment & asked us for bill correction thru Meerut Cantt Office & we have visited so many times to both office but Head cashier always delayed this not given any resolution. Customer care is also not helping us in this regard. So request you to please direct both office to help us in this regard & we are totally agree to provide each & every payment if they provide us the Bill.

                                  I have been submitting all my bills timely online on your website for a/c no : [protected] till last bill generated for june 16 that was for 800 rs
                                  In the month of july 16 bill was not generated for which i also checked on at your website also so i thought it would have been any systematic fault but to my surprise when i checked the latest bill generated in month of aug 16 that is raised as rs 15115
                                  Kindly look into the matter and correct the bill as soon as possible else i will look forward to register a legal action or case against this my contact no is [protected] and [protected]
