Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation [UPPCL] — mvvnl - incorrect meter reading and billing, resulting in disconnection

Our Billing account No.[protected] with name Sri Umesh Chaudhari. The complain is against Madhyanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited. The MVVNL team has inflated bill for two consecutive months with incorrect meter reading for no reason, resulting in INR 11k o/s bill. Our senior citizen parents visited billing office in Bani to request correction in billing with correct reading so that they can pay the bill, but no action has been taken instead they have disconnected connection. I have attached bill trend for last few month and you notice it's never been more than INR 800. Our parents can not visit multiple to various faculty of electircity for correction due to medical condition. My self located out of town due to work requirements. Therefore i request kindly take necessary action to correct MVVNL teams error instead of troubling genuine customer and senior citizens.
