I have an electricity connection in vill+post rankhandi, deoband saharanpur, uttar pradesh (Account number[158319]account holder name (Arun kumar) due to some technical reason my meter is not working thats why the bill was given by assumption only (Not by actual reading) and local staff of electricity board is not coporating with us. So please change my meter with new one. Please consider my matter positively.

    Our Billing account No.[protected] with name Sri Umesh Chaudhari. The complain is against Madhyanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited. The MVVNL team has inflated bill for two consecutive months with incorrect meter reading for no reason, resulting in INR 11k o/s bill. Our senior citizen parents visited billing office in Bani to request correction in billing with correct reading so that they can pay the bill, but no action has been taken instead...

    We would like to request you, i made multiple complaint in electricity department (https://uppcl.mpower.in/) to correct my wrong electricity bill, but they are not listening, they sending bill since the meter installed, request you help,

    Problem description: electricity department sending wrong bill, the bill that i paid in previous that also adding, many time i talked to them made complaint also above some complaint numbers are mentioned for the reference.       Hi team,

      I have gone though my this month bill and this month the bill amount is too huge. It is approximately 2000% of last month.

      Checked the bill details too. This huge amount of bill is recorded in one week.
      That is the last reading date is 16 november with reading : 13921 and latest bill date is 22nd nov with reading : 17877.

      There is a meter change change activity going on and as per the new meter the used using for 10 days is 60.

      That means it is not possible to utilize 600 units in a week.
      There is some mistake while taking the reading.

      Could you please help me on this. We also checked with regional electrical office but not getting satisfactory response.

        Barsana sector, kalindipuram, prayagraj area is having very un-even power supply voltage. I have 5kw 3phase connection. Two phases are showing higher than 300 volt which goes upto 360 volt and the third phase is showing near about 125 volt which fluctuate upto 150volt. This un-even and fluctuating voltage is dangerous for home appliances. Please rectify it.

            My name is sangeeta misra w/o sh. A. K mishra. I want you to shift/ rectify the electric pole. There is a poll in front of the house. The pole and wires are near my floor, which is hazardous for my family. Also, this causes difficulty for us to park vehicles in our parking.

            One of the poll is also bend to words home, which is dangerous and can lead to major accident.

                          Sir, i used www.uppclonline.com to pay my electricity bill i selected to pay via upi then i got a request on icici upi app, i accepted the payment but unfortunately www.tpsl-india.in was not redirected www.uppclonline.com link for payment confirmation and it showed me an error page. But the amount of rs.1481/- was debited from my account but in www.uppclonline.in it still showing i have to pay my bill. The transaction was not completed but the amount has been debited from my account. This is my request to refund my amount so that i can further retry to pay my bill.                             I regret to say that no one is visiting my place to take the meter reading and I was using self reading submission option on Uppcl online portal to submit reading and pay bill on time but this month on 7th Nov 2018 when I go to the website, I saw that my bill is already generated with IDF mode and faulty meter but no one came to my house to check my meter readings. So without visiting the place how can someone record the reading and mark meter as faulty?

                            My meter reading mentioned in the IDF bill generated on 6/11/2019 is same as last month 7/11/2019 which is 2654 I submitted on 7/11/2019. However current meter reading is 2995 as on 7/11/2019 which is more than that as expected because my meter is running continously. It's logical if meter is faulty how come it reading is changing. This is mistake from your UPPCL who are not coming for taking meter reading and put anything by themselves. Are they getting government salaries just to put citizens like us in trouble and ask for bribe.

                            I have filed multiple complaint using Mvvnl hotline since 7/11/2019 but no one is resolving the issue and I am just getting alerts your issues is resolved.

                            Can someone help me to resolve my issue? And arrange someone who can visit my place and take a look on meter and it working and if required can add additional meter to check the correct functionality.

                            For information, I also want to inform that I got this new meter installed in Mar 2019 and I got it replace because I thought previous meter was not working properly and I don't want to get myself into any trouble.

                              Abhi kuch din pahle purana meter ki jagah naya smart meter lagaya gaya. Lagne wale ne sahi se wire ko connect nahi kiya hai kisi wajah se meter me spark ho raha hai, atah aap se anurodh hai ki ise jald se jald sahi keraya jay.

                                    Electric pole was danger for whole village in previous there are many accidents doing here one time whole village capture in fire short circuit due to this wire.
                                    So please i request you check the location and situation of 11000 voltage wire and there are so many trees touched with wire
                                    So please if possible please relocate this pole back side of trees. It's my humble request.
                                    Otherwise i am going to higher authority.
                                    And take legal action against it all village are trouble for this problem not only me.
