Sir,
I am a consumer from Lucknow. I had been paying my electricity bill on line. Unfortunately I put my password wrongly so my account has been locked. I have been requesting many times to unlock my account at[protected] and repeatedly I was assured that the needful will be done. But nothing has been done. They are sending new passwords but putting that password the account does not open. I am an old man and can not run here and there so writing to you for help.
