Refer My application No- [protected] dated 11 March 2019. I submitted application on Jhatpat connection portal online o[censored]PPCL site. I uploaded photo & all the documents asked and made the payment of processing fee online. Since that day step-3 is displaying with red “Your request is under process. Kindly wait for three days for the reply of concerned division” I lodged complain No-PV [protected] dated 17 March 2019. I was asked to submit the hard copy application & documents even after uploading. I submitted after getting feasibility report from JE to AE Nitin Anand office and I was asked to go back make payment online only. Whereas 20 days passed still it is displaying same and unable to make payment. How long I have to keep on waiting? JHATPAT CONNECTION online is not understood. None of your staff is aware how to action it. Please do the needful.

This is to inform you that i have applied for the temporary connection at the construction site of my house ( Adress bhure khan, pilibhit.). There were several problems with that connection like un even bil generation and problem with the department in delivery etc. I complaint several times to the office and also through online customer care, but there was not a single responce, from online i only get sms that issue is resolved with out doing anything. Now after the construction is done i applied for permanent connection, but they are not ready to take back the meter. The department send the people who cut the wire from the temporary and put it in permanent one. But they didnot took back the meter and neither of them is taking it back. I have paid much extra for that which is not fair. Because it is my 10th complaint to u.
