Hi,

Here in my Village home, Electricity meter reading is very les but every month Bill generated of approx 130+ Unit per month since past 6-7 month. At a time of visit at the near by power station, Junior Engineer said that meter is faulty. He is not able to explain that how can the Bill get generated since past five-six months
Please Suggest what should I do to get rid of from this problem?

    Through the column of your esteemed paper, i would like to draw the attention of frequent breakdown of electricity in our locality. As a result people have to face a lot of inconvenience as the whole area is thrown into darkness and power supply is not restored hours. The students preparing for the examination are the worst suffers as they cannot concentrate on studies, and the weak and old people too suffer a lot. It also gives impetus to anti-social elements who become more active when it is completely dark.
    We have lodged many compliant with the concerned electricity authority, but in vain. We want, through this publication of this letter in your esteemed daily, to compel the higher authorities to take immediate necessary action.

      no action on new connection applied online through jhatpat connection portal of uppcl

      Refer My application No- [protected] dated 11 March 2019. I submitted application on Jhatpat connection portal online o[censored]PPCL site. I uploaded photo & all the documents asked and made the payment of processing fee online. Since that day step-3 is displaying with red “Your request is under process.       Sir,
      I have applied for new domestic electric connection on 05 feb 2019 at power sub station bholepur fatehgarh (Up). Sandeep kumar, junior engineer (City) said that estimate will be prepared for my domestic connection. Whereas three poles estimate has already been prepared by sandeep kumar, junior engineer, one yaer agofor the same way and my house between the poles already estimated. Sandeep kumar, junior engineer, neither preparing estimate nor providing new connection causing harassment to me.

      Therefore you are requested to requested to instruct sandeep kumar, junior engineer (City) to provide connection as early as possible. My husband is soldier of indian army and he is presently posted to remote field area and he can't help me. I have to settle in my new home with my school going children so electricity is vital for me. Thanking you for your kin consideration please.

            मैं आनंद मिश्र मैन रोड बरहज देवरिया के सोनारी मोड़ चौराहे का निवासी हु। मेरा लीगल कनेक्शन विगत तीन बरसो से है। मैने एक किलों मीटर दूर स्तिथ ट्रांसफार्मर से कनेक्शन लिया है। रास्ते मे बहुत से पेड़ होने की वजह से हमारा तार हमेसा टूटता रहता है।फोन करने पे कोई भी लाइन मैन जल्दी आता नही है।अभी दो दिन पहले मेरे ही चौराहे पे एक नया ट्रांसफार्मर लगा है।जिसकी suply मुझे नही दी जा रही है।ये कह कर वहाँ केलिए नही पास है।जबकि मेरा लीगल कनेक्शन है।और जिसका कनेक्शन नही है उसको suply दी जा रही है ।
            मेरा अनुरोध है कि कृपा करके मेरे यहां तक भी थ्री फेज तार पहुंचाया जाए। मेरा घर ट्रांसफॉर्मर से 4 पोल दूर है।जबकि पोल गाड़ा हुए है। केवल थ्री फेज तार दौड़ाना है।

              Our house has been constructed by a builder, he took the money of temporary connection back in april 2018 and then he constructed other house by using our temp connection and said that he made our connection as commercial connection for now to construct other house and he will be paying the bill and said that he will later convert our connection as residential permanent connection. We moved to our house in october 2018 and since then we have been asking him to get our permanent connection started but he had been finding excuses and was started saying that the construction bill for all the other house reached to 170, 000inr and he can not pay that even though it has to be paid by him and he has started talking in a bad way with my family members now its been over 2months he said that he paid all the money but the process is taking some time and by yesterday there is no electricity connection in our house. Please help us to get this sorted as we are in big mess and there is no electricity in our house, we can't even fill the water in tank.

What kind of people you are giving job for this? His name is ashok kumar as he says n denied to show his id. He told from next time he will give more bill payment with wrong readings or remove meter from my house.

                          Please refer to my electricity bill no sba[protected] for rs 1551 dated[protected]. I had made the payment on 11/02/2019. I had proceeded abroad after that. On return when i checked my bank statement on 08 mar 2019 i found that the amount was refunded on 13/02/2019. I again made the payment on 09/3/2019. I have now received the bill including the previous amount making a total of rs 2841in bill no sba[protected]. I am now unable to make the payment for the month of mar 2019 as the total of rs 2841 is already entered in the online payment. May i request you to advice me on the payment of only the amount pertaining to the month of mar 2019 which is rs 1274.18.

                            I request you please check my bill reading for the month of feb 2019 where my billing amount is increased by 8 times from the last three bills. I request you to please pay attention to this as early as possible to avoid before disconnect as i am not going to pay this amount as its incorrect. Please find the below details showing the wrong charges to my bill-
                            Electricity bill acid-[protected] (Sundra kumar) dated 04-03-19 upto reading 871 bill amount rs 5396.21 incl prev arrear 6.95 is due on 11-03-19.
                            Also all my previous bills were paid on time till latest january bill 2019.

                              Complaint against sealing certificate received on 09/08/2018.
                              1 we received the sealing certificate without consumere’s signature as we changed the old meter to net meter after installing solar power generation system.
                              2 installing the same we were getting the provisional bill till feb 2019.
                              3 after meeting xen k k saraswat we got the first bill in the month of fet 2019 which reflects the meter reading 21192 on 21/09/2018 and 23376 on 27/09/2019 total consumption of 2184 units in six days. Which seems to be incorrect as we were out of country from 12/06/2018 till 13/09/1018 and payed the bill of july 2018 of rs 3407.67, bill of aug 2018 of rs 3784.21 and bill of sept 2018 of rs 722.82.
                              4 i met xen k k saraswat, sdo sanjay sagar, sdo tyagi and xen sachin kumar but matter has not resoled till date.
                              I therefore request you to kindly resolved the matter as early as possible being a sr citizen.

                                I am currently residing at 356/160, alam nagar, lucknow, which is having electricity connection bearing account no.:[protected]. Few days back, i have received my electricity bill with reading which just double in actual reading in meter.
                                I investigated the matter fromm my side to find out the error and i noticed that the meter reading unit for the current bill is showing more units than the cuurent meter reading which is impossible.
                                As you will notice there is clearly an error from uppcl side. I, therefore, kindly request you to correct the current bill and issue a fresh bill for the current month.
                                I hope my complaint will be resolved as soon as possible.

                                  The dept has sent higher bill for my meter customer id [protected] in the name of rakesh kumar garg. The bill is for rs. 1536/- from meter readings[protected]. Whereas i have already paid the bill dated 13.12 from meter reading 44510 to 44608. After that a bill for reading from 44510 to 512 was also raised and now the above bill. So the bill should be raised from reading 44608 to 44646 as i have already paid the bill up to 44608reading....

                                    सेवा में श्रीमान महोदय मेरा नाम प्रवीण शर्मा पुत्र श्री ओमपाल शर्मा एड्रेस १५९ सूर्यपुरम भाई जोगा सिंह स्कूल के पीछे अमर उजाला प्रेस के सामने दिल्ली रोड मेरठ२५०००२ श्रीमान जी से प्राथना हे की हमारी पूरी कॉलोनी में सभी खम्बो पर led स्ट्रीट लाइट करीब २०-२५ दिन पहले लगवाई गयी हे जिसमे लगभग सभी लाइट के कनेक्शन १-२ दिन के अंतराल पर ही हो गए जिसमे करीब ८-९ खम्बे ऐसे हे जिनमे अभी तक कोई कनेक्शन करने नहीं आया पूरी रोड पर अँधेरा छाया रहता हे, अतः श्रीमान जी से प्राथना हे की जल्द से जल्द बची हुई लाइट का कनेक्शन करने की किरप्या करे / आपकी अति किर्प्या होगी

                                    I have paid my bill online on 20 Jan 2019 but it still after 28 days its showing pending on UPPCL portal.

                                    My account number [protected] amount 300 transaction id[protected]
                                    and [protected] amount 944 transaction id
                                    Sir full gawan ki light kar di gai hai.je sir and lineman se kaha fir bhi light nhi mile kehte transform khrab hai paise doge to change hoga nhi to nhi hoga.mere gawan me 800 connection hai mostly sabhi ne bill payment kar diya hai.fir bhi light nhi mile rhi.plz sir contact Light supply
