[Resolved] Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation [UPPCL] — online bill payment failure

Hi I tried an online electricity bill payment on 22 january 2019 of rupees1205 by credit cardand amount is deducted from my account but uppcl website is not responding and did not updated my electricity account. I have done online electricity bill payment on 9 Jan 2019 at Rs 2059. Amount was deducted from my account but payment was not made. No mail or msg till now, I couldn't received regarding what's going on with my payment amount .
