I made the online payment of my electricity bill (Account no-[protected]) on 16th may 2020 at 04:54 pm through phonepe with a transaction bill of rs.1941 for submitting 2 months of electricity bill & the amount has been deducted from my bank account. But i didn't get any sms from uppcl. So when i went to collect the paid 2 months online bill payment and submit the bill of last month by myself at aashiana power house.. He (Bill collector) rudely talked and denied to give me the online payment receipt bill by saying that He doesn't know how to track that online payment and all and then he said to submit my previous 2months electricity bill again & i have no option to do so i submitted 3months bill payment.. So i just want you to return my online traction. Please consider my problem and solve it as soon as possible.
