I have applied for a new connection on 5 jan 2021 which was accepted and was due for inspection by lineman but prior to its inspection my application was rejected saying that I have filled wife name in place of father name but now where I'm getting bills from MVVNL it's mentioned wife name only in place of father name then how come my application was rejected and this states that I have filled everything correctly. please ask the MVVNL and uppcl to refund the amount of Rs 118 which was deducted on 5 jan 2021 and I have sent email as well to the concerned authorities but still no response from them
