My application no. is [protected], I have applied for new connection on 14th march 2023 and payment done for meter installation 7569 Rs on 24 march 2023 but meter did not installed yet, I m suffering lot due to which no updates coming on jhatpat portal as well, please help us on this issue

    I have applied for a new connection on 5 jan 2021 which was accepted and was due for inspection by lineman but prior to its inspection my application was rejected saying that I have filled wife name in place of father name but now where I'm getting bills from MVVNL it's mentioned wife name only in place of father name then how come my application was rejected and this states that I have filled everything correctly. please ask the MVVNL and...

    Hello,
    I want to catch your attention here,
    I applied for a new connection on 27 Feb 2023 through jhatpat connection portal, My Application no is [protected] but still it is not implemented after more than a month.

    3 days ago they put the prepaid meter without my consent while i applied for post paid meter only
    Secondly still the light is not coming to my house after 3 days of installation of meter too.

    When i contacted the concerned Bijlighar for the same then JE game me other guy no and when i tried to connect with him he gave me other no, I am wondering here and there, not getting proper solution.
    Will you please tell me where i should go ??

      Plot No. 420/B-44 spring Garden, Uttardhauna, lucknow had taken temporary connection for construction of my house on 14 Aug 2021. The connection was taken through online portal. After that I have paid all the bills generated online.Account No is [protected]
      However, when my connection was changed to permanent, the electricity bill due is showing Rs. 75937.
      Since I have paid all the demanded bill timely then why am I being charged so heavily.
      I have complain regarding this to S.D.O Chinhat division on 07.01.2023, but no response or reversal of bill has been done. They are saying that the amount is arrear. But i want to state that if the demanded bill on monthly basis is being paid on time by me, then why should I be charged the wrong amount in the name of arrear. I have not been informed about any such clause either through online portal or SMS.
      I have approached 4-5 times in person to chinhat division and exchange, but in vain. This is leading to mental tension.
      I have also visited Exchange, Gomti nagar extension, but no needful has been done yet.
      i HAVE MAIL TO ALL HIGHER AUTHORITIES BUT MAIL BOUNCED.

        Hello,
        We have seen the today that Electricity bill was over billed. Units in the meter was less than the billed unit. Billed unit is of 2559 but the Meter reading was 2529 at the we checked after 4 hours.
        This is really not acceptable in this time high inflation. Please take proper action accordingly.

            Today, on 10.03.2023 at 12:12 pm, I recharged my genus prepaid meter with an amount of Rs 1000 vide UPI transaction ID[protected] but did not receive a recharge token. My consumer Id is [protected]. I had to do a new transaction subsequently where recharge token was generated.

              I Dr. K.M. Upadhyay, on behalf of my father Narvadeshwar Upadhyay, I am complaining that the electricity connection has been disconnected since 6 months. And the electricity bill generated is not the proper amount as all the family members are out of town since 7 months and there is no meter photo with electricity bill. My parents are senior citizens and live alone. I have already complained on UPPCL website and complaint number (PU[protected]) but no action has been taken. Please refer to this matter.

                  I would like to inform you that today we are facing an electricity supply issue since morning 9:00 AM and for that we have registered many times and also called the powerhouse person and Line man of our Area Bhagwant Nagar Nilmatha Cantt Lucknow . But due to their irresponsible behaviour we are still not getting power supply yet. We have called Customer Care and registered many complaints and all the complaints have been marked resolved by SHO . Here I am sharing a few of them which marked as resolved without contacting us and the issue still persists.

                    I have paid my bill before due date instead of paying bills on time. The bills with added LPSC received every month. When I go to electricity department they said that the SDO Id is not active at a time. You have to wait till it done. Please help me and deduct my LPSC.

                          It took 45 days of struggle to move the application for site inspection and then choose meter installation dates. AGAIN, I am hopeless of meter instalation since tentative selected dates have passed and no information has been provided for the installatiin date. Junior engineer is corrupt and want some money to be indirectly given to him witout him asking us. Civilains are asking to give him some money then he will proceed the aplication. These civilans are those with whom JE meets every week. Is this INDIA of our dreams?

                              Dear SIR,
                              I refer to the captioned matter which is yet to be resolved.
                              a) As duplicate bills are being raised since Jan 2022 and paid lest lights are dis connected, (amount being small and automatic instruction to paying Bank)
                              b) During May 22 as the amount was noticeable, I raised complaints online since I was out country, (14/06/22 to 14/09/22). During this period, I was advised that meter readings were abnormal, struck, jumping etc .and hence abnormal reading also. The meter got replaced on 24/08/22.
                              c) In view od long pending issued I have visited your office but needs your intervention. I request you to resolve this issue
                              1) Adjust duplicate bills and payments made by me.
                              2) Issue rectified bills on the basis average electricity consumed for the last 4 months ie jan feb march April(undisputed) for next period.

                                  There is a live transformer situated on at Brahmpuri Near sunaro ki dharmshal Meerut uttarpradesh. its all fencing and platform damages and the some part of iron fencing is on the road due to which there is no space for mobility of vehicles and there is a risk to pass through the road due to live transformer.
                                  already complaint many time on PVVNL cusotmer care center there is no response.
                                  Please repair as soon as possible to avoid any accident.
