Hi,

I would like to inform you that my bill of rs 17741 has been generated for only 84 units. I can see in the bill that wrong demand was captured by system. 84kw is showing instead of 2kw (Domestic). Kindly look to it on high priority and please generate my bill with correct amount asap.

Kindly work on the issue on high priority basis. This is first month i get this type of issue with my bill.

With refer to current bill amount rs.1333/- in this regard kindly note that we already paid the pervious bill amount rs. 725/- (Bank statement attached). But the current bill is add with pervious bill amount as arrear but as per uppconline payment there is no due in account and once we have paid the bill how is add in next bill.

I tried online payment for the application submission for the post of assistant engineer. Payment deducted but never landed on sucess page. I tried it twice and both the time payment deducted. So please let me know how can i get to know whether payment is successful for the application and when i will get refund for transaction made 2nd time. Please provide me contact number. I have requested to permanent disconnection of my electricity connection in feb 2018. I have submitted all document and paid all payment and received a noc from my branch office district basti up 272002. I entered wrong meter reading (71041 instead of 7104) in the meter reading box in e-nivaran app, but i have uploaded the meter pic correctly though. Due to which i have got a bill of very high amount i. E. Rs 21231. I have submitted my previous electricity bills successfully which were not so high, as my previous month's bill was only of rs. 275 which i have paid on 9th feb 2018.

I am a resident of Shahberi, Greater Noida (UP), under the jurisdiction o[censored]PPCL/PVVNL, and I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding severe and persistent electricity outages in our area.

For the past several weeks, we have been facing daily power cuts ranging from 8 to 10 hours, without any prior notice or clear schedule. These outages are causing extreme inconvenience to families, students, and businesses alike, especially during peak summer temperatures. This happens every year and we are assured that they are working on a solution for an additional line. For the past 2 years we have been told that they are working on a new Substation.

Additionally, I would like to bring to your attention the non-responsiveness and inaccessibility of the Junior Engineer (JE) assigned to the Sudamapuri division.in the past four years, I have made multiple attempts to contact the JE during outages and other electricity-related issues, but not once have my calls been answered or returned. This lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable and adds to the public frustration.

I request the following:
1. Immediate investigation and resolution of the frequent long-duration power cuts in Shahberi.
2. Accountability and disciplinary action against the JE of Sudamapuri for neglecting public duties.
3. Transparent communication channels for residents to get timely updates about power cuts and restoration.

Please treat this matter with urgency and seriousness. I am also prepared to escalate this complaint to the UPERC and other relevant authorities if the issue remains unresolved.

I am writing to formally bring to your attention a pressing issue regarding the delay in the enhancement of the electricity load for our connection under Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam. My name is Rajneesh Sharma, and I am the son of Gudiya Devi, with electricity connection number [protected].
On January 22, 2025, I submitted an online application for a load enhancement and promptly made the requisite payment of ₹1700. However, despite the payment being successfully processed, there has been no progress in increasing the load. In an effort to resolve the matter expeditiously, I submitted a second application on January 27, 2025, along with an additional payment of ₹1700. Regrettably, the load enhancement has still not been effectuated.
I subsequently reached out to customer care for clarification and was provided with the complaint reference number PV[protected]. During my conversation with the representative, Mr. Mohammad Umer Khan, I was reassured that the load enhancement would be completed. However, after a waiting period of two days, when I followed up, and another representative informed me that no further action could be taken from their end.
Given the fact that I have made payments on two separate occasions and the issue remains unresolved, I kindly request your immediate intervention to facilitate the necessary load enhancement. I would greatly appreciate your prompt attention to this matter to ensure the situation is rectified without further delay.
