Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation [UPPCL] — sending wrong sms bill and fraude me | |||
My electric account number this [protected]. During lock down period i have pay online sms bill rs 3886 dated 30 april 2020. During lock down bill agent dated 18 may 2020 came my home and check meter reading and give me hard bill copy rs 10669/- then i asked that i have already pay bill online given by you then he tell me that is 3 months imagenery charges and after 24 hours dedected / minus through sms actual bill on your mobile. Today sending sms bill rs 11000/- approx and 15000/- approx in my cell phone by uppcl. I don't understand what is real electric bill that is true hard hard copy or online sms electric bill. Please clear this. I think uppcl cheating to me online pay bill and fraude me. Please solve this matter. Was this information helpful? | |||

Yesterday I got sms to pay bill online. My mobile no has not registered in any electric bill, never get any sms before. Also all bill paid on time by family. I doubt if it's scam. So I search similar on Google and check bill with given data, it's shows already disconnected. I come to conclusion this is fraud. Now I want you to please confirm and if it's scam, please take strict action soon.
