regarding refund of failed online transaction

I tried to pay my house electricity bill on date - 31/05/2020 at 10:50 am, through this link bit. Ly/uppcl-instapayment which i received from your message. The transaction leads me to a blank page and the site stops responding and rupees 1392.0 got debited from my account. I waited for a day as i thought my bill got paid but as there was no message of successful electricity bill payment so next day i submit the electricity bill from paytm,...

Sir we are having uppcl connection account number [protected] in the name of smt harchandi devi memorial educational trust d block pallavpuram phase 1 meerut 250110. Our security deposit with uppcl is rs84000/-. Inspite of our repeated request/mail we are not getting interest on our security deposit.

    Sub: electricity theft
    I live at village - bhatgawna, post – hallaur thana - domariaganj, district – siddharth nagar. There is my neighbour name a. S traders nick name pintu box wale running a karkhana making i. E. Box of steel, khat of iron, bed, stool and furniture works etc. They used electricity for making such above item at early morning and at evening from 6 o’ clock to 10 o’ clock. Such people are using electricity without connection for heavy machinery. This karkhana is behind the front of the road. He has open a. S. Traders on road but actual activity is happening behind of this shop. The way how to reach it and catch the reality first go to bright future school hallaur situated at highway road and there is a narrow lane from 100 away and turned left 40 meter on the spot. These people (Pintu box wale) is a very clever and difficult to catch him. They have been using electricity theft since one year. So i would like request you to look this matter personally then we could save our electricity and energy.

      I had paid my electricity bill of rs.5497/- via netbanking, for the months of april-may 2020 on 31/05/20 at 05:47am. The amount got debited from my hdfc bank account but did not get credited to the uppcl account.
      Kindly look into the matter and sort it out.

        Today at 10:51 i was doing transaction of ₹11188 to pay my home's electricity bill but while doing payment an error page appeared, amount was debited from my account without any confirmation and when i checked later it shows that i have to pay same amount. Please help me

          Hi,
          This is regarding frequent cut in electricity in my area (Basant vihar, saket) i tried to submit complaint through toll free number which i googled where it is written open -24hours. But the number is wrong no one is picking my call.
          It's been more than 5 hours and still power is not here. Can you please check. It is their daily exercise now to cut power 4-5 hours.
          It is very disappointing that after submitting bills timely we get such type of response.
          Please upgrade your service and provide proper information.

              We, living in Gopiganj, Bhadohi, are facing this constant problem of voltage fluctuation since few last months. Since past 15 days, voltage fluctuation has increased so much that it is causing great amount of discomfort to us all especially to the senior citizens and children. Even our safety is at stake because such high level of voltage fluctuations are causing the electrical devices, such as television, air conditioner, refrigerator, stabilizers, etc, to malfunction and it could lead to short circuit and thus the risk of fire. To avoid any such mishappening, we request you to get the issue resolved as soon as possible. I am mentioning the problems below again in short.

              1. Extreme low voltage.
              2. Too much voltage fluctuations every day & night, which may damage our costly electrical instruments.

                  We, the residents of monark city phase 2, dipti khera, lucknow, are facing this constant problem of voltage fluctuation since few last months. To avoid any such mishappening, we request you to get the issue resolved as soon as possible. I am mentioning the problems below again in short.

                  1. Extreme low voltage.

                  3. What i think, problem is due to the insufficient capacity transformer that is installed in our locality. There is a great need of high capacity transformer in our locality.

                    Bill of above account for the month of may 2020 is generated by pvvnl is rs.17, 877.00 while my average monthly bill in last 8 years have been between rs800 to rs 900/-. This bill is for domestic wherein 2 fans, 2 led bulb and one fridge only.
                    I lodged complaint spoke to concerned ae also visited sub division office but these people didn't seem to take cognizance of my complaint seriously. Surprised to see such neglianc where no one is bothering. Does pvvnl senior officers take cognizance of such negligence..

                        I have received extra bill of my electricity bill of account number [protected].
                        I have received average bill 600- 800 approx but now i have received
                        Rs.4699 of 2 months bill which is not acceptable.

                        I request you to look into it and kindly dispatch/update the correct bill amount or give some waiver of minimum 60-80% on total bill amount (Now) or if this amount is being claimed to be correct, let me know to take further steps by sending the bifurcation as soon as possible.
