Dear sir/madam,
I want to bring in your notice, that i received bill from your electricity department orai up dated 17/06/20 that shows that i have to pay an extra charge arrear (5653rs).
On asking your office staff, they explained me
This is a fine for not paying for three months.
I want to explain you there was clear order from government of india & state government that at time of corona virus pandemic there will be quarantine restrictions.
People above 65 years where asked not to go outside as i am 74 years old and a retired doctor. I followed the rules.
From your office nobody came for reading of meter in this duration, so amount was not clear.
So i request you to take appropriate solution in this force majeur situation. Bill is attached in attachment.

    Hi,

    I am resident of ark city, kanker khera, meerut.in this peak summer we are facing huge issue of electricity fluctuation. Our ac/ cooler are not able to run and many people ac got damaged as well due to this fluctuation. We have complained to the electricity department and they know the issue and its bcz of load only on 1 transformer and they said they already raised to next level but we di not have clarity for the same. Can you please help as we are paying for the same but not getting proper electricity. Whosoever fault is this need to be highlighted and should be answerable.

      Sir/madam,

      This is to bring to your kind attention the illegal usage of electricity for operating acs is on going for sometime in the neighborhood of moh. Kanoongoyan, po gangoh, district saharanpur up. Due to this illegal usage, the other residents have to face the unwarranted power cuts and voltage drops. These illegal connections are the major sources of corruption and the loss of the government revenues.
      Even the lineman's are aware of these illegal connection but it is a cherry on their cake. They are paid for not reporting these connections.
      With due diligence, i request you to look into the matter and strictly prohibit the this illegal use of electricity.

          I want to inform you that light supply in our society, radheyshyam shayam phase -1, muradnagar is not gud.
          Light cut most of time 4am and cut till 4 pm in this time. We can not fill our water tank without light. There are small kids also in the family so kindly help to handle this situation.

              I am consumer o[censored]ppcl at noida sec17 for last 6 years and have regularly paid all my elec due to uppclonline. My monthly consumption used to come to an average of 400 units with a bill of avg 2700 over last 6 years. The maximum ever was of 900 unit and a bill of rs.7000 once. But on 19th may 2020 we got a bill of rs 37557 for consumption of 5327 units. I had immediately registered a complaint in the uppclonline portal on 20.05.2020 but no action has been taken by the company. This is apparently a case of either wrong meter reading, wrong entry or blatant exploitation. Kindly look into it and get it corrected or clarified.

                There has been no power supply in saidpur ward no 8 besides pankaj talkies (Dist ghazipur) for about 22 hrs. This is a habitual problem emerging after every week. No one is responding. We are facing lot of difficulties.

                    On 8th march 2020 i deposit my electricity bill of rs 1370 (Before due date) through amazon using amazon pay balance and my debit card of sbi.
                    But from last month on uppcl app its showing outstanding balance of 1383 i have all proofs of deposited money and i can send and show when needed. I think uppcl is taking time when we deposit bill through other platform such as paytm freecharge google pay or amazon. So i request you to please look into this matter and solve my problem. All pais bills are paid through bharat pay so how it could happen that sometimes it shows after 7 days or some times it doesnt show for 3 months. Please solve it sir.

                            We are using UPPCL'S DVVNL Electricity but the Voltage comes really too much low that Our Ceiling Fan unable to work as it was doing earlier. Since the Transformer changed. I tried and trying to call UPPCL DVVNL'S CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES there is no answered always. And this is problem of whole Colony. And My Light House is Friends Colony.

                            I complained three times to UPPCL DVVNL but still the complaint has not resolved yet. And UPPCL'S Mr. Pannalal is talking nonsense and using abusive words with me. His Contact Number is [protected]. He was saying that UPPCL never responsible for Low Voltage and he always use abusive talking.

                              Hi team,

                              I have received bill of amount 22000 for three months of electricity bill, however i am not staying in that home from last 6 months. I guess these electricity has some problem, because my feb month bi; was also 18000 for one month. I a tired of paying such amount of bill, no one is ready to listen any thing when i go to electricity office.

                              They are in human and charging so much from us.

                              It would be great help if you can check why such bill has come. Are they doing some thef treatment.

                                As you know because of lockdown everything is closed due to lockdown
                                My shop also get closed also before the lockdown i pay amount of 528.00 rupees on 18/03/2020.

                                  This is power cut in area prempuri, muzaffarnagar, up.
                                  We have faced this problem on 13june 2020 and same problem on 14 june 2020.
                                  Both of the days we have suffered the power cut and none of you have come in rescue even everyone was laughing when we called for complaint. I must say this area has the worst electrical board... No line men nothing.

                                    We have fault in our electric connection.
                                    Some electric appliances are not working due to this issue. It includes our water pump.

                                    The same water pump is working in the other (Meter) connection but not working in our connection.
                                    We have got the connection socket and motor pump and wires checked by 2-3 local electricians for confirmation, all are fine.

                                    Line man visited but still the issue is not resolved. They didn't provide any solution.

                                    Due to no connection in water pump we have no water and suffering.

                                      I would like to inform you that from last 1 months electricity supply in our area (Vill - gopalpur or bhutpura, sasni dist.-hathras - 204216) become worst.
                                      Every day 14- 16 hours of power cut is happening and electricity voltage is very low, moreover there must be power cut between 4 am to 7 am which result in difficulty to sleep. As you know that summer is on peak, and this power cut make difficult for us to survive.
                                      I contact multiple times to the concerned team but getting no response.

                                        I terribly pissed with the low voltage and power issue in sector 49 c block, who is gonna bear the cost of our expensive devices, i have already spend too much on led light and tubes, all have stop working in just2months because of this. No one answers the phone at your electricity dept 😡 kindly resolve this asap
